I just set my normal tyres pressures at the lowest point you are going to be riding in a certain area, usually where I start the ride.
I couldn't really notice any difference from the top and bottom of the trail/mountain.
I'd also have to remember to reset my fork pressures, this had a much...
The image stabilisation on the newer cameras is that good that you could just mount it to the bars.
I've seen some of the DH racers use them when they aren't allowed a helmet cam and the footage is pretty impressive.
7:25 into this video for an idea
Had the same issue on my bike (not a Cube) from new, turned out the wrong Q factor crank arms were fitted. Ended up with new crank arms and a chainstay under warranty
Had a couple of days in Pila, Italy on the normal bike. I wasn't too keen on the main bike park stuff because it was so loose after so long without rain but found a really fun off piste line, here's a small part of it. Quite sketchy with loose rocks and trees down but this was so much fun...
Cheers, it's a really fun trail and deserves it's name!
I have no short term memory capability at all, I just remembered you can go flat out for most of it :ROFLMAO:
Here's one from Finale Ligure - Roller coaster
2nd run down this and did it all as one, I'm used to 1-2 min descents so was hanging on a bit at the bottom!
Got some footage from my recent Europe trip I'll be uploading soon, here's the first.
Swiss national DH line on the Ebike. This one's in the Morzine/PDS area, some amazing views from the top!
Would have been good to get some more runs in, missing a few of the features on this...
@jempezen it's hard to compare when it's with you're GF. Her lighter weight will make a big difference on the amount of climbing she can do, and you being heavier will mean you are faster DH.
If you could borrow her bike for a day, then do the same loop on your bike that will be a good test!
Hi Fawdy,
I'm driving down there this Thursday (7th) and will be there for a week or so before making my way down through the alps to Finale Ligure.
I will probably head back to Morzine on my way back but I think this will be into August so your dates probably won't work out for me, but if...
How many rides have you done on it?
People seem to be reporting it gets better with time, but I'd be interested to hear from someone coming from a 625Wh to 750Wh Bosch.
I'd be expecting another 20% of range or so?
Glad you enjoyed it @Tubby G! Love gypsy glen for a change from the other stuff over there.
Looks like you noticed anyway but that left hand turn with a short climb after the gate at 8:30 gives you the best bit of singletrack and joins back upto the track you were on down to the river :)
Sorry, I was meaning having it working in the sun safely. There's a good chance it will get robbed if you leave it on a roof while you are out.
I used to have a cheap solar shower (black bag) on my van roof and someone robbed it while I was riding
It can, but your going to get the most solar in the middle of the day and that's when I'll be out riding.
You could leave the smaller ones in the windscreen area but it's never going to be as efficient as a roof mounted panel
I saw his name pop up on a few of the ebike segments at dalby, the jammy gits a second quicker than me on 'Moist crEam' :ROFLMAO:
Nice of him to give us a chance atleast haha
@Mountainebiker really good info, thanks for that!
Will hopefully check out some of those other places, I've been following Jack Moir's youtube from last year between the races and he rode a few of them and they all look fun!
@Smythey just had a quick scan through, looks like you had an...
