What about breaking the bikes down and selling it in parts? Fork, shock, brakes, frame, motor, etc?
If you managed to sell everything could you make a lot more than selling it whole?
Make sure your phones Bluetooth settings allow the flow app full access at all times.
There is an issue where the kiox disconnects if the Bluetooth drops for a short period of time causing connection issues. It could be that.
Had a quick look at this today, took the bars and stem off the steerer tube but it looks like it's going to be a total pain in the arse to get to the bearings and knock block.
With all the cables and wires running through the head set, it's likely I'll have to strip the whole front end down to...
Thanks for the info RipGroove.
Just had a look at the specs for my bike and it has the ACROS AZF-1035.
Looks like I'll need to remove the cup and re centre it :(
Had a slight off during the week and managed to twist the handlebars off centre.
I loosened the stem bolts and put the bars back straight but when turning the knock blocks are off centre restricting turning in one direction.
I want to drop the forks out and correct this, has any one done this...
I managed to pick up some spank spike 50mm rise, just the normal version not the vibrocore.
Liking them so far on the downs. They have made the front end a bit light on steep uphills and when pushing burms but I hope it's just a case of adjusting the weight balance and getting used to them.
Can anyone recommend a good all weather enduro tyre with good longevity?
I've got a big Betty soft compound on the rear and only got around 300 miles out of it. I like how it performs but can't seem to find it in a harder compound and tubeless 🤷♂️
I need to work on my breaking technique and...
Treated myself to some new pedals in the sale.
Had dmr v8 before which I found to be pretty grippy and comfortable but I didn't like how thick they are.
Surprised with the new horizons though, great grip and larger foot print, they feel great and are much thinner, really pleased with them for...
Cheers for the info Steve all makes sense.
My local trails are very stony, hard chalk, rocks, so this coupled with my bad braking seems to be the culprit .
I'll have to work on my technique.
I may have to try a harder compound or different tyre as well, I can't be replacing tyres every mouth o_O
The bearing guy, ebike motor centre would get my vote.
I've not used his services myself yet but he's on the forum and helped a lot of people out.
Not sure if he works on Shimano motors though, you'd have to contact him to find out.
Right, going to have to work on my breaking.
400 miles out of a tyre is going to get expensive!
I like how the big Betty performs, how much difference would it be going to a medium or hard compound for a bit more longevity?
Possibly, I do tend to brake far more with the rear than the front. How does dragging the brake cause this wear so rapidly?
I may need to adjust my braking technique.
After getting back from a day's riding at Rogate bike park I was giving the bike a wash down and noticed my rear tyre was looking a bit worse for wear.
It's a soft compound big Betty on my new cube stereo hybrid 160. I've only ridden 300 miles total so far. I went to bike park Wales last week...
Okay just found this diagram which shows the washer goes in first, then the bushing, then the bolt.

The lower shock mount has to be in place in the frame before fitting the washer, bushing and bolt.
What shock do you have? Do you have any more pictures of the bolt and shock mount?
The part you have linked to looks to be the same as on my action team with the fox float X.
If so the bushing pushes into the frame on the right hand side with the tapered part facing out.
I can't remember if...
