People sometimes get the manipulation error without any derestriction, so the science isn’t perfect. You only had it derestricted for 100 miles, thats nothing… Anyway, check that link, I think you will sort it out.

Bosch CX Error 523001… Some people have had success getting the sensor closer to the magnet. This is a sensor error code, not a drive manipulation code, so is covered under warranty. You should not have admitted to derestricting the bike. Take it to another dealer and they can fix it for you.

Asking if it is de-restricted to remove the 25km/h speed limit? Sounds like a connection or battery issue, does it happen with both batteries or just one? The shop should replace the wiring harness first, then the battery and then the motor.
