sorted, no idea what I did.
It did it in every gear except the largest cog on the back. every gear changed faultlessly. whish I new what I was doing. I just turned the derailleur adjuster on the handle bars clockwise as far as I could then started turning it anti clockwise until clicking...
I really can't fault it, I use it with tubes. As an experiment I went tubeless in the front and Tannus Armour in the rear. I've now done a little over 1300 miles and have had 3 front punctures and now 1 in the rear. to be fair most of my cycling is commuting to work and back so most of my...
To plan a bike ride of between 30-50 miles I use several pieces of software to map out the route. The first thing I use is Kamoot, to "Plan" the route on my PC. I manipulate the kamoot route by adding waypoints to keep me off main roads as much as possible. Once I'm happy with the route I...
I too went for a HT (CUBE 2020 SL625) over a FS. It wasnt the price difference that put me off, the SL was £3000 which isnt a million miles away from the FS bike. the main reasons were 1st the type of riding i'm doing. I use the bike to ride to work every day, 5 days a week so 90% of the time it...
from the back tyre. the thorns and glass would have been punctures without the Tannus. 1100 miles in and nothing. you truly can forget about punctures. Easy to fit as well with 2.6 wide tyre and 2.5 tannus
40mph!!!!
36t front chainring with a 11t sprocket. your cadence would need to be 120rpm (which is the max my bosch gen 4 will take) and have 5inch wide tyres on

I find it frustrating the bike manufacturers don't use proper part codes. On my bike (CUBE SL625)
it states:
Chain- sram SX Eagle yet there's no such thing as a SX chain from SRAM
Brakes - Magura MT Thirty yet there's no such model on Magura website, infact it 4 emails to Magura before they...
I don't even know how to find a replacement chainring. I can't find a ACID E-Crank, 38T, 175mm .
Or Acid made by Cube? my bike as the same crank as yours
I have the SL version of that bike. I replaced the chain after 1000 miles when it was .5% worn. By the time the second chain is worn down to .5% I will be ready for a new front chain ring and new rear cassette. Think I'll just get my LBS to do the work as I don't have all the tools to do the job...
I use this. I dont have a water source where I keep my bike, so this was perfect. Not too powerfull either. Power is like squeezing the end of a hosepipe
