depends on where your riding. I did an experiment and put tubless in the front and Tannus Armour in the rear.
So far i've had 1 puncture in the front (Glass) and none in the rear. time will tell
This is the bike I bought CUBE Reaction Hybrid SL 625 29 grey´n´orange 2020
Yes I nearly bought the 29x2.1 but when you see how bulky everything is about the bike (frame wise) then I kinda thought the big tyre really suited the look
I had the marathons on my old bike and where a great tyre for commuting. A real bitch to get on though due to the reinforcement. Unfortunatley they're not an option with my new cube Ebike, as it came with 2.6inch tyres and would be silly with the widest marathons which are 1.75
Decided to go...
True but i have no reason to doubt what the kiox display is telling me. My commute to work is a 8 mile round trip 5 days a week which equals 40 miles. My battery is on 63% after 1 week. my weight is 95kg probably nearer to 100kg with my snap and work gear. I can't say whether the weather is...
My new Cube SL625 is showing a range of 90 miles in eco. This is the new gen 4 motor and a 625w/hr battery tho. Plus it's giving me the info from riding roads not off road
I'm guessing that by the choice of your 1st two bikes the type of riding you will be doing are firestone trials, road, path ways and the forks will be mainly for rider comfort.
The air forks start with this one on the 2020

to be honest there's little to choose between the two. If it was me I would save up the extra four hundred euro and get the 2020 bike with the new Bosh Gen 4 motor.

if i had to choose... it would be the eagle
I suppose it comes down to budget. I have just purchased the 2020 SL 625
CUBE Reaction Hybrid SL 625 29 grey´n´orange 2020 which I'm loving
from the new 2020 range there are cheaper options
CUBE Reaction Hybrid EX 500 29 black´n´blue 2020
or
CUBE Reaction Hybrid EX 625 29 black´n´blue 2020
Sorry, I live in U.K.
The Kiox display also connects to your phone (Bluetooth) and the Bosch ebike connect app. All your rides are stored here along with a map of were you've travelled. There's a USB port that can be used to charge your phone
I definitely would'nt buy the 21inch frame. The...
Don't forget the Kiox as the lock feature which locks the motor when removed. The cadance feature is good to keep you in the right gear
As for cockpit clutter, my SL came with it mounted central on the handle bars so takes up no room as you wouldn't really put anything there, lights bell ect...
I'm also from Rotherham "by the Sea" and just taken delivery of my first Ebike. Cube SL625 hardtail. Had it a week now, done 80 miles round Wentworth and commute to work, loving it. You should ride upto Grenoside woods, they have a MTB park there.
Recieved my Cube SL625 hardtail yesterday. I am trying to sort out some cycle insurance but I can't find the frame serial number. Does anyone know where it is on the new 2020 bikes
