Does anyone know what was in the latest update. My last update was back in Jan/Feb when we got the new walk mode. Today I connected up and it fired a new update to my Fathom. I really wish Giant would publish a changelog in the app..... or anywhere, for that matter.
My 2019 Fathom E+ 3 came with a chain guide. I wonder why some variants didn't come with them. I can say that would certainly help. I haven't dropped a chain yet.

I'm roughly your size and weight. I ride a Giant so I have the Yamaha motor. It has no trouble hauling my bulk up some pretty steep climbs. In fact, I almost exclusively use the middle power setting.
I'm about 10 mins ride away from this trail. The e-bike makes is great because once you get to the bottom, you just whiz up the 4WD road and do it again.... and again... and again. I can get about four or five laps done and be home in about an hour.

My Fathom E+ has been in for a regular service and diagnostic. When I got home, I was having a quick ride and I found when I press-and-hold the walk button, all power level lights turn on in a sequence 1->2->3->4->5->4->3->2->1 twice and then stops. And no walk mode.
