Put a 20mm block under the wheel and see how much different it makes to standover. Yeah, it's not exactly the same, but it should give a reasonable approximation.
You could probably also run the Sektor with a bit more sag to get the front end closer to the Suntour.

New 203mm rotor and adapter to got to 203F/180R. I may ultimately just go to 203 front and rear.
Also some BS01 resin brake pads because the cheap semi-metallics I got off TradeMe are pants.
My Giant came with a pretty low-end Suntour XCM34 fork. Looks the part but the spring is too light and it make a lovely THUNK at each end of the stroke. I'd like something better on a budget - perhaps an air spring so I can tune it to my weight. The problem is (and this could be a NZ-specific...

The logo is nice (would be a good headbadge), but the font is a bit meh. It could do with some more impact e.g.
I'm the same height as you and I am dead on the cusp of L/XL in Giant frames. I went for the XL because it's reach was the same as my 21" Specialized. The Giant fits me really well although I did slap on a shorter stem/wider bars.
