Finally spring has arrived and most (~95%) of the snow and ice are gone. Still some in shady areas but this was the first real ride in summer-like conditions. My god how rough the trails feel with no smooth snow and ice to even them out.🥵

You can mount any dropper lever to the brake clamp if it has Shimano I-Spec EV support. That or separate clamp. What are hoping to gain by switching the lever? The shimano lever is one of the best out there... The position adjustment range is determined by the brake clamp, not the dropper...

Hair dryer works fine. Doesn't make it so hot that something melts or paint takes damage.

I've used that bosch magnet on my shimano powered bike when I was using a 6-bolt rotor and it worked just fine.

I think the frame supports internal dropper, because the 9 version comes with a dropper. You can see the cable housing entering into the frame in the picture: From the pictures we can see, that there is 1 free cable inlet on the frame and the cable housing goes over the motor to the seatpost...

I don't understand why people try to blame shimano for the issues that the bike manufacturer has caused by choosing to use 3rd party crank arms.

I use sram butter for lubrication under the collar on my oneup v2. Once in a while I'll drop the saddle about half way, unscrew the collar and then raise the saddle a bit. The bushing come up and I clean everything and apply sram butter lightly.

The only spindle fails that I have heard, are wide q-factor in fatbike cranks and the e13 boost. Shimano doesn't make any fatbike cranks. I have hear any fails with Shimano's own cranks.
