For other goods, I know the warranty is still valid if customer 2 provides the original invoice of customer 1 from an official dealer.
The shop does not have to be the same, when they are known as dealer they have to offer the service.
The actual person who returns the goods and fills in the...
In old times, you could find an arrangement with the shop where you bought both bikes.
They then sold it at a reduced price as "test-bike", with full warranty.
Nothing wrong with that at only 500km.
Don't know what the possibilities are at the moment with those online purchases.
I saw shops...
I don't say what McGyver does at 9:15 is really bad, but for those who want, the tool costs 20euro

Our friend had that too, 25km from home.
So we chose a gear, shortened the chain, and he could continue on his 1-speed bike :)
(chain was somewhat bent and damaged too on 1 spot)
I know some people who fitted the Speedbox 1.0 on the new 750wh Bosch Smart System (disk brake magnet)
No errors, no counting down, no delay, works good.
They don't do updates, and don't connect their Smartphone-GPS to the system.
I already had a lot of automotive tools, and a filled saddlebag.
Then I bought this for 70 euro:

Running Led lights that have an internal current regulator in series is a very stupid idea.
Expecting a lower power draw with the same light intensity too.
The real reason is cost and durability.
Especially on DC, an 10A convertor instead of the actual 3A is something else. Then you have the connectors, wires,...
I understand they limit it, but that 10% cut is ridiculous.
Things start to get interesting here. I did not know that cable set existed.
I suppose that M99 light accepts 12V, so you used a 36v to 12v Buck Converter.
This is an example of a (ex-battery powered 4-14V ?) light that works without intensity drop if you connect it to the USB.
It has a "battery" connector, but there are Usb to "battery" adaptercables.
I have this now but that leaves me with too much fuss and cable. The plan is to cut it to length...
The wires I tapped on the E-st900 are only powered when the bike is ON. So no discharge while the bike is OFF.
There is an ugly red On-Off button on the Buck Converter. When the bike is On and the button is Off: 0W

The only workaround is tapping on the 36v of the battery wires directly, hereby bypassing the Bosch Motor and it's weak output ports completely.
I did this on my E-st900.
What you need is a light with integrated Buck converter, often marketed as "8v-80v"
Or both items separately: A 8v-80v Buck...
The Cube Venec feels like concrete. Only with roadbike cushion clothes it was bearable.
I put the cheap ergofit that came off my E-st900 hardtail, the same width, a lot better.
It looks like it needs minimum 1,5A at 12v.
Iirc the Bosch acc port doesn't deliver that, but the frontlight port does.
Look in the manual and specifications of both Bosch and the converter cable to be sure !
I wanted a Cube 140 because of the 29", but that was unavailable.
I bought the 160 SL 750wh 27.5", then afterwards realized the 29" would have been a wrong choice for me.
If you look at both review treads of @Rob Rides EMTB you see the minor issues this bike has/had, if you look at my tread you...
No discount, I think I even paid a surplus.
Sure it was minimum 80euro more than in other shops, but then I received a gift voucher for accessoires,...
But I really didn't care.
The bike was there, the day I suddenly wanted it, in a shop close to where I live.
