The 11-46t "SunRace" cassette didn't accept a new chain anymore,
so I put back the old over-used chain to drive the complete combination till the end.
Now the new rear wheel has arrived, it's the ideal moment to also renew the cassette and chain.
A 10sp 11-50t from "SunShine" this time...
Some updates on the so-called "smart" Gen4 Bes3 750Wh:
It cuts off at 0%, but that's a recalculated scale.
So also here we loose (6% ?) of the energy.
Have a look at the "Light reserve mode":
Well, it seems the guys in the other tread are right.
When 12v lights option enabled, the previous Gen4 versions cut off at 6% or 10% battery level. (some legal stvzo requirement)
The so called "smart" Gen4 (bes3) recalculates the scale, cuts off at 0%, but preserves power for the lights...
After advise in another tread, I ordered the SM E-Mountain standard. (66.99eur)
But for me, that must have been the worst saddle I ever had.
But this is a post a few pages ago about the Core Prime version:
Here somebody else, not happy with the SM E-M standard, but happy with the Core...
So I showed the bike to the Decathlon guys... ok wheel warranty no problem.
But the wheel was not in stock...so the had to order, I had to wait for a phone call...no phone call. .
So I went back.... Ok we will order...
Then today I got the call and immediately went after the wheel.
They...
Ok, that's the same bracket :)
Forgot I repositioned the Kiox 300 to the center above the stem.
That was only possible by bringing this bracket to the right side.
Are that Invisiframe stickers on your bike ?
Of couse not. The original ones are also a lot larger than the watertight connectors.
No need to worry about this.
Some would even argue it's better now.
What if you want to put the Bosch Kiox 300 Bracket on the left side of the stem,
for example to mount a Garmin Bracket, or a night light on the right ?
There are holes for the connectors:
But if you turn the quick release around, no holes on this side:
So we make them:
What happens when you connect a light that consumes 1,66A (20W) to the 1.5A (18W) rated front-light-port of the motor?
So now and then, the assistance color suddenly switches to orange, and the Kiox displays an error.
Bike Off-On and everything is back to normal again.
Another light that...
Click pedals and shoes are for road bikers who are lost and ended up in the bushes.
Yes but blabla,... until you ask them to do a wheelie, jump or short turn after a downhill.
Went there, true you have more power and they are better for archieving top efficiency, but I went back.
And by the...
Thanks man !
Good that yours is also M/L, this gives me a preview how mine will look like.
About the topic: from dream-bike to ass-size, that escalated quickly :)
Iirc the medium has 30mm less reach, which with fixed battery and engine sizes, can only be archieved with bringing the fork closer to the 750wH battery.
At steering bar angle lock position, there is +-10mm horizontal clearance on my "L".
So I guess the angle is even more limited on the "M"...
With the cover open to remove all modifications that could lead to a warranty denial, I checked the connectors and indeed: white occidation marks.
Lubed it, a few times in-out, works again !
Thanks for the suggestion man !
Somehow in this area a lot of dust and humidity accumulate.
5-pin hmi...
I understand your approach. If the service under bluetooth is really straightforward,...why not.
On the Bosch there is an Accessory 12v port to power it, I'm sure the Shimano has something similar.
I liked the spec of the 140 AT but wanted the sand colour of the 160 SL.
So I chose the most interesting way: (partially) upgrading the SL was cheaper and faster than repainting an AT.
