The carbon versions are no doubt more flowing to look at, and may have an advantage in frame strength, but your hardly hearing of ali Levo's snapping. I had the choice of Carbon comp and don't regret getting the Ali one for a second.
I also have to ask... have you not got any local bike shops...
2020 Comp for me, 700wh battery and lyrik's, what's not to like? A single 700wh battery is more use to me than two 500wh's, and if you insist you can pick up another 500wh battery for around £400, try locating a cheap 700wh battery..
No doubt you might be able to find more discount if you really...
Unfortunately I'm actually struggling to find LBS with much stock, and this is when I have several good LBS's, but keeping FF helmets isn't a priority to them (Or they've sold off their 2019 stock in the sales, & are awaiting the 2020 kit). I should have tested some when I was a BPW's...
My...
I would want a detachable helmet that at least conforms to DH spec, unfortunately the 3R doesn't but the Bell Super DH does (along with the Giro switch blade/Met Parachute and Leatt DBX 3.0 IIRC), so this is where I'm looking. The fox Proframe does look like a good option for ventilation, though...
My friends have just discovered bike parks, and though they aren't my cuppa tea, I will/have ended up going, though not often & won't be hitting any black runs.
So as one m8's has already face planted several times, a full face helmet is the way ahead... but I own an e-bike, so an uplift isn't...
Pitzips are the essential kit for MTB-er that sweat in my experience (for those that don't, just buy goretex), so you ppl looking for a cheaper recommendations (as the OP is sorted) I'd point them Decathlon walking jacket range like the MH500
@Dougygiro Nope, that seems about right.. as I could hear the metal on metal when trying out my new one. The shaft did come with a 'bushing' ala the top fitting (for HT2 cranks) but it wasn't going to fit into my 2019 Levo crank, maybe it fit into the earlier Levo's?
I was a little concerned...
Hi Desmond, I think we need more information from you to help. For instance are you purely looking at hardtails? What type of riding are you using your bike for (road/gravel/light or full on off road) or do you plan to try?
I can see the Bosch active plus line has 50Nm of torque, so most mid...
I love a transit, & keep considering one ( or a Tourneo) as my main car, loads of space in the back & driving position is brilliant for today’s congested traffic. Several of my friends have vans for work or ppl carrier alternatives & from them I’ve observed: Long wheel base is a must if you want...
Hmm I have 150mm but have a 160 shaft to fit.. Though I can't help but keep looking for a Yari bargain to upgrade to a Lyrik, even though my Rev's have been faultless
No issue here, fine since August.. but a quick search suggest just getting NX version* and do away with bearings or replace the bearing in your current set with 626rs bearings. Otherwise Uberbike do some for £30..
*you've prompted me to buy some, as not being able to ride due a failed cheap...
After a 3hr walk out of a forest, early on in my mtb experience, I have ridden with a pack since. It contain a pump and spares & you won't convince me to do otherwise.
Hmm I'd not taken the time to browse the latest VRS spec, but man that's good. I imagine most of the whining would be toward the Guide RE's but I've happily run them on 2 bikes, so a maybe spend the cash on a new FF helmet instead, for more gravity orientated riding this will encourage...
There great aren't they! The bonk comment is so true, they've re-invigorated my riding as I can actually take the time to think about my technic now, instead of just fighting for breath & stay upright.Have fun, though it sound like you already are...
I'd not heard of Decathlon e-bike range before, HT's only at the moment but making use of the 90Nm Brose motor, that looks like a bike with a lot of potential for not a lot of money. Enjoy!
Try the Sram setup for a while, we all love it. It doesn’t feel clunky in a bad way, it’s such a solid shift, it conveys a confident shift which is awesome with extra power on a e-bike. I don’t get that from shimano & multi-gear shifting is a rapid fire joy with the s700 shifter. XT on my other...
