Mine does it too!!! but it is only when the bike is wet after I wash it! When dry, it just dissapears.
It is wind related, but I was not able to identify when it comes from. It is NOT the motor, nor the wheels, it is some kind of aerodynamic noise that is increased with humidity/water on the...
I ask this because Giant is announcing officially new 2021 giant and liv models should come with the ride dash plus, at least here in Europe:

Display: RideDash Plus
Cheers!
Did yours come with the ride dash plus? I have just received a Fathom E+1 Balsam Green and it did not come with the display, but it is announced on seller's website and giant website.
Thanks!
Thanks for your answer, tomorrow we will receive the Fathom E+1 (sport motor) we have just bought for a friend as it was the only xxl model we could find for him (that is why I was asking) ;)
I will let you know how it goes!
I do, but I am using the original one because I have fitted a 32t chainring. My reason to install this spider was to be able to replace chanrings easily just with 4 bolts, not for changing size :D
My opinion is that a 34t should fit, but cannot guarantee this.

This will allow you to remove the direct mount chainring and install this spider and then you will be able to easily switch between chainrings ;)
For Orbea Rise you need the CRE80-B Version...
You can replace the ethirteen spider with the shimano original spider and then the 34t fits ok, even a 30t but I don't know about 36t.
The chain guide can be moved vertically a little and that should give you some extra space.
185cm here and went for the L, easier to handle (and available in 24h xD) but I am sure I can handle the XL as well.
I tend to prefer the smaller size when in between two sizes, but it is just a personal preference.
Can you please share some pics of yours to see how deep must be inserted into the thread? I have checked mine and they are already at 14nm so I don't want to remove them and reinstall them if not needed. Here it is the pic of mine!
I have installed the SC-E7000 recently (a couple of weeks ago). It requires no more than 5 minutes. Same cables, and they are long enough!
Great update, and cadence works perfectly ;)
Not sure about the latest version, but you need a motor license but once you have it there is no difference between you and the dealer changing it... so why losing your warranty? My local dealer told me they will always say they did the modification for me :)
what I mean is... what is the...
The thing here is that shimano allows end users to use their pc software to get some info about their bikes and change some params if needed, in example when changing wheel diameter.
however you are not allowed to change power above their factory limits as this will of course void your...
Not really, they sold the bike to me and they will do any repair I need, this is a custom motor by Orbea, they have the stock and they will replace it whenever I need to. That is what they said.
Hi!
I had a syncdrive sport motor on my fathom e+2 2019 and it was an 80nm motor...
I am about to buy a new 2021 fathom e+1 with sport motor but it says 70nm only...
have they reduced the power of this motor? Why?
thanks
