Yeah! I Think a small mark on the plastic should be ok but mine was too deep. Anyway I am only worried about the frame suffering from this torque but the plastic got the mark very easy so I really doubt it got any stress.
now it is really tight and is usable 100% but the support got deformed...

Good to know, anyway my suggestion is to use the alloy chainrings widely available, cheaper and lighter and they work perfectly. I installed a 34t in gold color that has 1000km+ and still rides fantastic :D
You are right, I have just checked and the original has no lips but the replacement one I bought is the same as yours. I installed it without noticing it... I thought there was space for the lips on the spider but now I am not sure :S
Are you sure that it won't fit? I replaced mine not long ago and I had the same issue but it just fitted ok.

The two screws holding the lock at the top of the battery were too high, the battery could not be fully inserted. Just loosening them a little and setting them in a lower position fixed 100% the issue!
I checked the torque and it was correct, then I removed the cap and it had already loctite on it. I cleaned everything and reinstalled the cranks with new caps. However I did not remove the rubber spacer because to me the cranks are too close to the frame already but now I am thinking of doing it.
