Fallo en modos de asistencia en Focus Jam2 6.7 nine 2020 .

Muy raro. Creo que podría ser un problema de mala conexión eléctrica. No se supone que lo haga eso. ¿Qué se dice en la tienda?

    Thule 591 & Focus Jam2

The battery drops out of the Jam² with the Bosch motor in exactly the same way as it does on the Thron². (Me and the missus have one of each). And, yes, the contacts are on display so you do need the Bosch plug. I see that the Thule 591 has a 20kg weight limit. I think that the fully dressed...

Tengo la misma bici pero nunca se cambió el modo sin un pulso de dedo. ¿Sea posible que tu dedo toque el botón en tus rampas fuertes?

    Battery issue i think...

Sure sounds like it. There do seem to be more than a few problems with new batteries at the moment. Probably down to the massive increase in orders from suppliers with a (probable) drop off in QC. Back to the shop you bought it from with a demand to have it put right, I should think.

Chain vs cable for bike security

I disagree. It's just a matter of disconnecting the rotor and brake caliper. That's how most Ducati's were nicked in my biking days. Bastards didn't care about a few scratches and a bit of damage when the thing was for the chop anyway. Those of us using rotor locks soon learned (after the...

Latex ball with mousse tire insert

I've been ruminating on this for a while because of a similar problem we have in my industry. When you make concrete you need to add a specific amount of water to the sand/aggregate/cement to arrive at the correct water/cement ratio required to give whatever durability/strength/workability...

Performance CX - delay when starting to pedal?

Interestingly I think that it was this Forum's very own Rob Hancill in one of his YouTube videos who complained that the CX4 motor was like a basket of overeager puppies. I think he was complaining that there wasn't enough of a delay for his liking. [Edit: No he didn't. It was the Yamaha motor!]

    2021 Husqvarna Extreme Cross

That's because, under the new post-Brexit naming regulations, Husqvarna were told they'd have to change the name from "Extreme Cross" to "Somewhat Miffed"... ?

0.04% is the concentration of CO2 in air. (And, amusingly, why climate change deniers claim there is no problem because there's obviously room for loads more CO2 without the Earth noticing... I generally suggest they try breathing hydrogen sulphide at the same concentration if such low...

What did you buy your ebike this week?

Yes, but is it reversible? That damn spider nut gets done up anticlockwise and only a few torque wrenches swing both ways...

Latex ball with mousse tire insert

That's probably because you live in a part of the world where they give a weather warning for extreme heat when the thermometer goes above 21°C (that's 70°F for the Daily Mail readers, and "2 Fookin' Hot" for those anywhere North of Watford Gap ?)

Latex ball with mousse tire insert

If I remember rightly, they are known as "Joe's Balls" in the trade. I use Effetto Mariposa Caffelatex here in Cádiz Province and have to top up every two months in the summer. Especially if the bike gets left in the sun too often.

If you want to fly with your EMTB, I suggest you speak to @Zimmerframe . He manages it most days - usually independently of battery size... ?

Such a dunce! - Battery removal

You're welcome. TBH, that's pretty much what we did. The cover isn't attached to the battery and it's an alloy frame, so it's a reasonably risk-free option.

Such a dunce! - Battery removal

It's an absolute bastard to open. A mate has one of those and it gets crud stuck in there and jams shut. Yes, Red Bull and spinach are the answer. Once you've go it off, clean it thoroughly and then after reinstallation, cover it with a bit of gaffer tape to keep the crud out of it for...
