We have a Velocirax that we use. After having a vertical bike rack they are all I want. Its so easy to load that my 12 year old twins can load their own 55lb ebikes!
Any update on this? Looking to try out a bell but don't know it I want to invest 30 bucks for a shelf item if I don't like it.
Also, is there a link to the one you picked up?
I use PNW loam XL grips. If you have larger hands, once you get used to larger grips that's the first thing I notice when I get on another bike.
There's another brand of foam grips that are thicker. I've always wanted to try a pair but its been hard to stray from what I know works.
Got 260 miles on the bike so far. Still really loving it. It has received some upgrades. Planes changed on my bike due to finding some deals on parts. The plan was fox performance elite stuff all around but fox had a major sale in the US. It was less than $100 difference from the fox...
On the note of grease, what is the consensus of which to use? Does everyone use bike specific grease? I really like the idea of the Motorex tubs because they have brushes built in.
I'm kinda new to bike and been using Sil-Glyde just because it what I had. It seems to work well but its all I...
I always put the valve toward the top of the tire just so I don't have to bend over so far. lol My wife has cuchcore and hers always spits a little sealant out.
I use 4oz of sealant on new tires and 2oz on top off's around every 6 months. The current tires are only a 3 months old and still...
I'm struggling with getting a low pressure presta gauge to last. They always seem to get clogged up with sealant. I started with a nice brass one and it lasted a few months before it stopped working. I picked up a new cheaper one and it lasted maybe 2 weeks and now it will check pressure but...
I asked about the 2024 full fat Kenevo's in the US. The same thing happened to them. They are available everywhere else but not here. I was told they are waiting on getting a UL rating for the USA.
I am in the USA so our bikes do 20mph, which is plenty fast for me. Where I live it tends to be tight singletrack that is hard to do 20mph on anyway.
I found that when in eco (which I do alot of riding in either with the wife or friends on acoustic bikes) I tend to put it in an easier gear...
I was looking at Sram transmission and it seem like the most affordable way if you currently have a 12 speed drivetrain is to purchase a derailleur and shiftier separately...
I have found that the higher assistance I use the more I work. I just go faster. Its kind of addicting. The higher the assistance, the faster I go and the harder I push to go even faster!
