I used to have the same problem. Bleed Magura and get a good lever until after a ride. After 2 or 3 ride-and-bleeds they would be perfect and I wouldn't have to touch them for a year or better. The trick I learned to keep from doing this to make a "bleed handle". I took and old handlebar...
Just some food for thought, I was told by Hunt that the E_Enduro wheels are being discontinued and replaced by the E_All Mountain. Hunt said they will stock parts for the wheels but once what they have are gone that's it.
I have a set of E_Enduro wheels and wanted another set when I asked...
I started another thread about dual crowns on ebikes, but it made me wonder what bikes are dual crown rated?
Here's some I know, and I'll email some more and see what we find out.
Ari Temp Peak
Specialized Kenevo
Canyon Torque:On AL
Salsa Notch 160
Haibike Nudro 8 Freeride
Crestline RS180
Ibis...
I swapped a 180mm Boxxer on my bike as a crazy thought and found out I really liked it. I know @Rob Rides EMTB likes a dual crown on his Crestline.
With a 55-60lb ebike, and a Clydesdale rider like myself, I think were starting to find a good place for them. I have put over 100 miles on...
I may have over heated mine today. It was a hot day, 92 degrees F with near 70% humidity. I rode a hard 10 mile loop trying to beat my PR. I was in mode T the whole time and pushing 90% as hard as I could. Then after that I switched to R mode to knock out some fun laps after the hard ride...
I've got a 7 bike VelociRax and am saving up for a 4 bike rack too. I absolutely love this bike rack. I will always use a vertical rack from now on.
For loading and unloading, I just grab it by the lower bar with my chest against the center bar. I will slide it out and lift it like a giant...
I've been running 50mm rise bars on my ebike since day one and I'm looking at 60 to 80mm rise bars for the downhill bike. The high rise bars sure feel good when pointed downhill. That's the main reason I ride anyway.
EDC has a nice online configuration calculator. They also have a quick reference guide too. It's all based on how tall your steer tube is.

I have bought 3 sets of Hunt wheels from the Rider Firm in Colorado. They even sell the non ebike Privateer bikes from there but for some reason the ebikes are more difficult.
I have tried a several forks on mine.
Stock - SR Suntour Durolux 36 170mm - It was ok, but not great. Made a quite a clunking noise.
Fox Performance 38 160mm - It was loads better than the Durolux and didn't really notice the loss of 10mm.
Fox Performance Elite 170mm - Great fork on this...
I can concur.....
Picked up a Boxxer from a Kenevo for a song for my downhill bike. Was sitting in the garage and wondered how it'd do. I borrowed a conversion crown race from a friend and threw the front wheel off my downhill bike on it just for kicks.
I love this bike and everything this company stands for. I would absolutely have one of these tomorrow if they were available in the US. Unfortunately they have no plans of making them available in the US due to the price of insurance.
Bikes online just dropped it. All sizes are out of stock, but at least they’re on the site!

No pics but I wound up with Hunt All-Mountain wheels and Maxxis DD tires. Made a huge difference. Really happy with them.
Also picked up an XT shifter and derailler. Installed that and used the Sram cassette and chain. Everything seems pretty happy. Doen't shift quite as quick as...
Incase anyone was wondering, the stock wheels are really heavy! I picked up a set of Hunt E-Allmountain wheels which I figured was going to add substantial rotating weight but actually not. The stock wheels weigh 2206 grams and and the Hunts weigh 2168 grams!
