    The density of the cfk tube is appr, 1.5 g/cm3, aluminum is 2.7 g/cm3. So You can save roughly 400g if You use same wall thickness..

    The 930 geo states BB height is at 335 only. This means at 160/150 mm travel, the BB height fully compressed is at appr. 180mm only, so ground clearance with 165 mm crank is 15mm only. The CEF50 BB height is 360. By checking the geo of the 930 again, I found a mistake in the geo logic: BB drop...

    And then You need to push them for a frame redesign, allowing to pull the battery out of the downtube without removing the motor (like Rocky Mountain etc.) That would be perfect for me 😊

    You need to remove ca. 3mm along this area of the yoke to clear the seattube. I used only 1 offset bushing on the yoke side, reducing installed length to 214mm.

    Thats exactly what they do with M500/510. 48V = 14A limit. 43V = 16A limit. 36V = 18A limit.

    Hmmm.. this means 6 x 21700 cells in a row is max., summing up to 420 mm. Using the original housing means 42 cells (6 in a row at 70 mm each, 7 per row according to the cell holders, = 42 cells). Not good for a 48v configuration. The 36V option 720Wh seams to be a very good choice..
