    90 kg dry weight, 216x63 Cane Creek DB shock with 400 - 488 progressive spring. I tried several springs including the 450 - 550 progressive spring, but the 400 - 480 is perfect for my taste. Very supple and plush, 35% Sag.

    Correct mate, page 2 of this thread. Leverage ratio starts at 3.7 and ends at 2.5. Average is 3.1, so for a rough calculation its ok to calculate with leverage ratio 3.

    Original spec shock length is 210/61 mm. You could use a 216/63 mm shock and finetune the length by using offset bushings.

    What makes me quite optimistic here is the fact that in the CEF50 tread You can see the frame is also optional available with exactly that slotted holes and grommets. I don’t think they reinforce the frame to machine the additional holes.

    If You are brave enough to drill and mill slotted holes into Your frame, I would recommend rubber grommets like this and skip the routing through the headset…

    Arround 2.250 mm for 27.5 x 2.6. I run 2.100 mm, giving a little tailwind on max speed, but still withing legal limits (25 kmh + 10% max)
