OK, I’ve found a much neater solution, in the form of the Zefal side load bottle cage, and Zefal tool bottle.

Nice helmet. I had to get mine online, as can’t go to the shops, and it looks awful!

The B-rad roll top bag with mounting plate in the water bottle holes is no good, as the plate is too flat, so you can’t hook the strap in. So, I’m sending that back, and have ordered a water bottle shaped Topeak bag, with side load holder. Will see if that fits the bill.

Maybe we should start a competition, how far from home when you ran out of juice!

Anyone else played this silly game?! I did a 40 mile ride yesterday, had 50% battery left this morning, so thought sod charging, let’s reverse the route, and see if I can get home without charging the bike. Got just over a mile from home, and the battery died halfway up the final steep hill...

They‘ll all sell you a bike, but try going back with an issue, and they’re not allowed to be open.:(

Ok, so I sorted it mid ride earlier, then a load of bumps, and it came back by the end of the ride. I’ll give thread lock a go, unless anyone has any other suggestions?

Stop trying to justify the fact that you’re a lazy old bugger to everyone! :LOL: eBikes are still for exercise, some just choose to do more of it on them than others.;)

Same here. From reading stuff on forums, I felt like the odd one out, as most people seem to ride with power assist all the time!
