My bike has similar problems when motor it's overheat, power losses , off on off on. So either I stop for a while or shift to E and slowly cycle for it to cool or off my motor. As your battery drop to zero, it's might be your battery BMS encounter overheat and completely shut down to prevent it or cable connection issues.Did anybody have problems with battery? Here are 2 videos showing my problem:

My problem:
Upon receiving the bike, I fully charged the battery to 100%. I then rode approximately 100km. During this time, I experienced frequent power losses from the motor, with the support cutting out intermittently. After depleting the battery to 20%, I recharged it.
Today, I went for another ride. The motor again experienced intermittent power loss. After a few kilometers, the battery level dropped to 83%, and then the motor completely lost power, with the battery level showing 0%. I had to stop and turn off the motor. When I turned it back on, the battery showed over 90%, but I could only travel about 100 meters before the motor lost power again, and the battery dropped to 0%.
Great info. Tnx, I'll try later and hope that this will solve the issue.Hello, I had a similar problem and sometimes when I turned it on it gave error 30. The solution was simple and laborious because I had to disassemble the motor, I disconnected the cables and sprayed contact cleaner, waited for it to dry well, reconnected it and had no more problems.
