Pivot hardware for Cannondale Habit Neo 4, industrial tweezers to coax out the cable guides currently slipped into the frame😖, replacement guides in the event of no success, SRAM NX Eagle x12 gear shifter, anti-seize, torque wrench (5-25nm), cable cutters/crimpers. Enough botching with plyers! 🤣

Only new chain whip, cassette and chain (probably push through on til summer) and new handlebar grips n she'll be good as new. (Once the computer/speedometer issues are resolved 😬) maybe some ice tyres too if it looks set to get cold, but so far that's... unlikely 🙈 cursing myself here

Finally got around to fitting Santa's gifts. It's led to an issue though, the Kox mount is 31.8mm & the bar is 35, so I've had to maroon it halfway along the bar. Are 35mm Kiox mounts available does anyone know?

Vittoria Barzos 2.6 fitted today along with new NukeProof Neutron V2 rims. Wasn't sure about the graphite sidewalls but now they are on I think they look pretty good. The Neutron sounds lovely. Inaugural ride tomorrow.

How are you getting on with the Nukeproof Neutron rims & hub ? I’ve just ordered the V2 rear wheel. The hub sounds loud on the couple of YouTube vids I watched before purchasing

I don’t normally buy cheap tools but I picked up this set of Allen keys from Aldi and they are great, all of them are very accurate and a good snug fit on all the Allen bolts/screws on my bike, time will tell as to how long they last but for just over £5 even if they last a year it’ll be worth it in my opinion.

A spare battery cover for my AXS derailleur which came in a handy little plastic pot which I’ll be using for when I do a lower leg service for soaking the sponge rings in.

3 spare chain link connectors( not pictured ).

Last but not least, my upgrade AXS rocker paddle, fitting the new AXS upgrade kit tomorrow and looking forward to that job very much.

New wheels and move to Mullet:

RF AR 35's with 2.8 rear/2.5 front WTB Vigilante rubber and DT 350's for better engagement.

Stock RS Yari fork was a bit short in the arch so I relieved it some for fit:

Pair of Thule shield 13lt. About 40 quid off new price(and they are new) ideal for my Thule pack 'n' pedal tour rack
Colour matched to the bike :D

What I really need is a rear mudguard now, and i might be forced to adapt or construct something.
