Agreed, I am having trouble just getting a response now from my only local specialized agent who initially told me that they would charge me as I didn't buy the bike there, they didn't seem interested at all@Specialized Rider Care can you tell us when we can expect to be able to do the firmware update over mission control? Bike shops are super busy and it seems to me that this would certainly help owners if it could be done in the comfort of our own homes.I
