To me it is Levo 2.5 rather than 3.0. Nothing really exciting. Tcu might be nice but if you use garmin you already have that.

As @salko says, it will probably have a new "M3 -700???wh" battery. Battery tech hasn't really moved on enough to give more and the images appear to show a different charge port, though probably still the same charger. Or it might be the old battery, just an updated version.

Motor can apparently be swapped but it would sit lower if fitted to older frame.
