I think the geo adjustability is a great idea. The bike will shred no doubt. We still don’t know what motor/battery improvements there are and that TCU is pretty nice. If they can make this reliable it will be an awesome bike.

Not sure why this comment would be edited for by the mods??
At the time we didn't know the source of the information so had to delete everything. Your post contained a "quote" of deleted information so had to be edited to remove that part. The part we left read correctly, so there was no need to delete/edit further. Hope that makes sense.

Are we really treading on that many eggshells around specialised?
Obviously we are just as excited to see and know any new release information. However, an embargo is an embargo and we do our best to respect that, be it Specialized, Shimano, Santa Cruz, Decathlon - anyone.

The main difference is that globally, if the embargo is maintained, all the cycling forum moderators receive an XXXXXL 2012 pink Polyester Specialized shirt to say thanks (apparently there's boxes of them still available). Unfortunately, we're not getting them this time around because someone blew it.

Last year Specialized had a huge sale and some rebates on their bikes during Easter weekend
The 2019 Levo Expert Carbon went for $5300. MSRP at the time was over $8K
The 2019 Kenevo w/ Ohlins went from $7500 to $4300
DH bikes had like a $1200 rebate or something

Although unlikely to have a big sale this Easter weekend, I'll have my fingers crossed

Yup. Between dealer and Specialized discounts and rebate, I got my 20 Sworks out the door for $7500. And it arrived in about a week. Early COVID panic by Specialized. By the time I picked it up, shops had started to sell out of bikes. I was lucky to figure out that the discount and the rebate were separate and to have a dealer I buy a lot of bikes from who hooked me up on his end. It was a once in a lifetime deal. It cost me $3500 net after I sold my 2020 alloy Comp.
