Dear Stumpy,Hey @PaoloBLEvo, what mount do use for your BV6000?
Just an FYI, I'm going to be doing a full length YouTube video on BLEvo very soon
The new TCU will have a unique Bluetooth pairing code (pincode). To pair the TCU display with the Mission Control app, the pincode located on the bottom of the TCU display must be entered in the app (the display must be removed from the frame to see it).No, Berkshire changed the TCU and from that point on any attempt to connect via Blevo displays the error message
I have just removed the Blevo App from the phone again and have tried just connecting to the bike via Bluetooth only and I get exactly the same error.
I have tried 2 other phones with and without Blevo with no success.
This may not be a Blevo issue?
No sorry.. You cannot use the Apple Watch with Android..@PaoloBLEvo (or anyone else that knows..) I’m still considering whether to get a BV6000 so I don’t have to have my iPhone on the bars... but a deciding factor for me is can I still use my Apple Watch for Smart HR with android?

i’m doing the same. i got the gub mount and the bv6000s. it’s working great and i can keep my precious iphone off my bars! i use a polar chest strap and it syncs just like it should. also, polar beat app uploads rides to strava very well. and the cardio data is excellent. and it gives good distance, speed, elevation data also! (just not cadence) the challenge i’m having is using the map function to navigate on the trail. i just get a blank background. i did just manage to import a .gpx from blevo into blevo though! so, i’m making progress...Hi Stumpy, just from pure interest why would you like to keep the HR signal from your Apple watch? Just because you don't like to wear a heart belt? I am now in the same process. I just ordered the BV6000 (only to run the BLEvo android version I will not use it as a phone) as I am addicted to my iphone just like you.
But I was so impressed with all the Android BLEvo features that I decided to buy the BV6000 especially for that usage. I also don't need to mount a powerbank for my iphone on the bike anymore.
I expect the BV6000 within 1-2 weeks. If you like I can share my experience in comparison to the iphone and ios app.
also, i figured it’s good to have a safety, so i bought these silicone bands to double secure the bv6000s to the mount. they work pretty well. not perfect, but may save it if the gun comes loose... they stretch over the corners.@PaoloBLEvo (or anyone else that knows..) I think your cadence data are missing due to you are using the fake channel.. please remove this and try again..i’m doing the same. i got the gub mount and the bv6000s. it’s working great and i can keep my precious iphone off my bars! i use a polar chest strap and it syncs just like it should. also, polar beat app uploads rides to strava very well. and the cardio data is excellent. and it gives good distance, speed, elevation data also! hi paolo! BLEvo is recording my cadence perfectly. i was saying that the polar beat app doesn’t do cadence.I think your cadence data are missing due to you are using the fake channel.. please remove this and try again..
Let me know.

I was able to connect only after I wiped the data and cache of the system 'Bluetooth' app. (tl 2019 bike)A user has connection problem after upgrading Android to version 9.
Is there someone that has Android 9 and he is able to connect to the bike?
Let me know, thanks.
Hi,The new TCU will have a unique Bluetooth pairing code (pincode). To pair the TCU display with the Mission Control app, the pincode located on the bottom of the TCU display must be entered in the app (the display must be removed from the frame to see it).
Also, on your phone you should first remove the old Turbo Levo from Bluetooth device list before you can pair with new TCU.
Good luck.
Ok, so I downloaded the Mission Control App in an attempt to connect to my 2019 Levo as currently I cannot connect to it using Blevo......
I took the following screenshots of the connection process with Mission Control. As you can see on the third and fourth screenshot as soon as I put the 6 digit number in and press OK (third screenshot)
It instantly disconnects (fourth screenshot)
So it looks like the new TCU ‘may’ be the issue here?
Please Note: I am using the correct new TCU number which is on a sticker on the side of the physical TCU.
I have also removed any historic TCU devices from my phones Bluetooth settings.

@Rob and @Kiwi, let me know what your delear will say/do.. thank.. this is very important for my "support procedure" in order to propose a solution to the guy with the same problem.I have the exact issue as you Kiwi, it keeps disconnecting from Mission Control (and BLEvo). I'm not on the new TCU. I thought it was likely my TCU and was going to see if it could be replaced.
This same issue happens on iOS and Android.

Does anybody know how to calculate the % assistance to configure so that the Levo is on an equal footing compared to a conventional MTB? I expect the riders weight has to be factored in.
Hi Kiwi,Hi Rob,
I think my issue may be slightly different, My problem is unfortunately not even not intermittent.
I have not been able to connect to the bike since Berkshire changed it late December.
It is not an issue as the bike is doing its thing, I just can’t tinker with any settings and you know me, I am a tinkerer
I have raised it today with Berkshire and they are going to contact Specialized to progress further.
Hi Kiwi,
Did you check my last post above too?
Hi Masstricht,
Yes, I tried that as well but it did not resolve the issue. However thanks for letting me know as it was another thing to try to
