Hi all.

I have an iPhone X, Levo 2019 and just purchased Blevo for IOS.

Closed all apps down on the phone, bike on and loaded Blevo. It just remained scanning for bike with no success. Rebooted phone, still no luck.

Shut app down, loaded MC and connected straight away. Terminated MC (as in swiping up so to close it down completely), loaded Blevo, no luck.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

Drew
Sorry but BLEvo for ios is not yet compatible with Levo 2019..
I'm working on that..

Further tests have been done on the compatibility of BLEvo with the Levo 2019.
Unfortunately, the bike monitor and therefore the Smart Power do not work.
The change of the PP does not work either.
In practice, it works the unlocking of the speed and the change of eco / trail / turbo .. quite little I would say ..
As soon as I have a Levo in hand I will put everything in place.
Sorry
Hi @PaoloBLEvo
I did another quick test ride today and managed to connect Blevo this time and have captured 2 very short rides. I will post what was captured when I get home.
There is lots of info that is not being captured compared to the 2017/2018 levos but I am sure it is something you can resolve once you get hold of a 2019 Levo. Keep up the good work (y)

Hello,
New to ebikes (2 weeks) and Blevo, but Paolo you have done a very nice job with the app.
I have it on Iphone 6s and and did about a 50k XC-ride today using Smart Eco. Pleased to see that still had 25% battery left at the end.
What I found disturbing, however, was the power lag and seems to often take some 5 secs before the assistance "comes back". I tried high, med-high, and medium reactivity and the medium appeared to be working best. I was then giving a few hard pedal strokes for it wake up again after the assistance was down. It is very possible that there is something wrong with my settings, so attached the data summary below. It is a 2017 Levo s-works. Nice ride it is.

I had the same issue and I found that I had the Smart power under config settings ticked on but not set up. Unticked the Smart power boxes and presto.....smooth power with instant assistance.

Guys I need help please.
Out on a ride today on my Kenevo, using Blevo Tour to record my ride.
Come back to the car with 30 odd% left on the battery and I decided to change battery with my spare one.
Off I went, come back to the car and then realised that the first ride data was lost.
Is there any way to get the data back? Din't even think I will loose the data before changing battery

I’m no expert but looking at the output, you have smart power set at 290 watts. My understanding is that BLEvo didn’t give (all) assistance until you put in the (in your case) 290 watts? If so, 290 seems very high? I have mine set at 170....

...and you should change reactivity to high (+/- 10) - read manual!

Yes, I will try lower setting like 250W and play with the assistance % (currently 4-24%). On acoustic bikes I keep 300-350W on long climbs. I don't like too high level of assistance, as it makes it feel unnatural (still new to ebikes) and want get a proper workout as well.

Unfortunately at the moment, It is not showing this info or a lot of other info.

I have just sent Paolo the CSV files from the rides so he can investigate further.

If anyone else is using Blevo on their 2019 Levo can you feedback what issues you are currently having as this will help Paolo to resolve the issues.

Hi,

Bought my Levo Comp 2019 yesterday and installed Blevo on Iphone. No decent testing at the moment. All I can say for now is that the app connects fine to the bike and that I was able to increase speed limit.

Goal is to tune the bike to make it feel as natural as possible.

Also I'm already thinking about installing another chainring at the front because I feel I have to pedal too fast.

I will use the levo mostly on the road to go to work. Every few weeks it will be used offroad.

Kind Regards

Sorry, but are you sure that you have a Levo 2019?
BLEvo for ios is not yet compatible, so I don't think you have a Levo 2019..
Could you check it, please?

Thanks @PaoloBLEvo for an awesome app and all the hours you are putting into this app. You are truly an inspiration. I own a Specialized Levo Comp HT 2019 (29er) with the motor: Specialized 1.3, custom Rx Trail-tuned motor, 250 W. I have both iOS and Android. Does the app work on any of these platforms with my bike? If not... when do you think that will happen :) Thanks man!

BLEvo works correctly with the firmwares x.18, x.22, x.23.. The compatibility with new firmware x.3 is under development.. In any case, if you have the motor 1.3, I think the firmware of the battery is not the latest x.3.. The new Levo has the motor 2.0...
