Finally finished my build, was at times frustrating but got there in the end, this is the first time I have completely built a bike up so proper chuffed, plus it's my first full suspension mtb. Have previously converted a hardtail to a ebike using a BBSHD but was so heavy. I am amazed how light this thing is.

parts fitted
Fox 36 Elite Forks 150mm
Fox Float DPS Evol shock
Hope Tech XC wheels Front 29er Rear 27.5
Hope Tech 3 brakeset
Hope F22 pedals
Hope Stem
NS carbon handlebars,Peaty's grips
Sram AXS Gx derailleur with Hope jockey wheels
Rockshox reverb dropper
Vittoria Mezcal tyres setup tubeless
Mudhugger front mudguards,proguard rear mudguard

Still waiting on DPC 245 display to arrive, planning on fitting Hope front Chainsaw and cranks as well, but apart from that it's all complete

I have a 170 fork, because that is what I had. I would still choose 160 if I get a new one, but 10mm is not a big deal. Reason is geometry, same reason why I like full 29 more then mullet.
