And how would that cause sealant to be leaking out of every spoke hole?

Aye, good point - I've never had that happen myself, but I've seen mention of it.
Remember, put it inside the rim. It takes hours to try and put it round the outside and tape round all the spokes.

Wheels are double skinned and only seal on inner skin, if leaking around valve it just passes air around the cavity between 1st and 2nd skins and then leaks out of spokes which aren't sealed. ?

Okey dokey, retaped the rim & inflated the tyre in the bath (!) without sealant & it's leaking out of half a dozen spokes around the wheel, mostly near the valve. I'm a bit new at tubeless, so not wanting to waste sealant, should I go ahead or maybe look at the valve?
It’s most likely to be the hole in the tape for the valve that’s the problem... too big, wrong shape etc
You could retape that bit, or cut a small piece from an old inner tube (10p piece sized, but oval so it doesn’t interfere with the bead either side), poke a small hole in the middle and insert the valve through it. You’re using the piece of inner tube as a gasket really.
The only time I ever use gorilla tape with tubeless is to patch on top of the valve hole of an already taped rim. re pierce and re-fit the valve and

Had my Stilus (landed 8th Sept 2020) software checked today. Despite what I had read the s/w loaded (1.1.0.0) definitely came up as 75nm sport. Literally 3 minutes to upgrade to 85nm EMTB, no downside at all. Incidentally I do a fair bit of touring/commuting on mine, tarmac and paths, and I'm getting phenomenal mileage, much better than I expected. I did 44km to the (not so) LBS and back and only used 2 bars, fighting strong headwinds and a couple of very good hills. Well impressed.

Update on mine. After a week Decalthlon finally sent the handlebar clamp bolts. Once they finally answered via faceache messenger, not a word from the email support.
I have been out for a few blasts. Sore backside from the stock saddle. My Ergon one arrived this afternoon Bought a few little bits, tube, bottle cage, bottle and a pump that straps to the cage.
I had my firmware flashed to 1.1.2.0. Event though 1.1.0.0 is supposed to be a 85 Nm version looks like they come out of the factory set at 75Nm and sport not emtb. Anyways now at 85Nm with emtb. Wow even with only a week of riding an ebike it's much better. Just left it in emtb.
The range evidently is calculated from your last mile of riding. So it would depend what mode you were last in.

Hope I can update mine soon.
But now with a bigger problem, after a total charge, my bike motor started to work "on-off" each second or so (like hiccups).
Does it happened to someone more? Any tips to fix this?

Check magnet on wheel is positioned correctly with the sensor on the swinging arm

Thanks for the tip, checked and it looked ok, but tried to move it a bit to see if it would get better, but sadly not.
Can someone show the exact position of it? (where they should be aligned)
As I understand it, the magnet on the spoke should be positioned so that it passes the sensor on the chainstay within a cm or so. The idea is the magnet induces an electrical field which the sensor picks up & the computer uses that pulse to calculate the rate the wheel is rotating. If the magnet has moved up or down the spoke, the sensor can't pick up the pulses & work out the speed of the bike.

Yes, I understand that, and also think it works like that....but it does pick up the pulse, but it turns off/on like in a second, like 10 seconds in a row! :O
Probably something wrong with the software (or motor).

Can anyone with a decent grasp of Geometry and able to translate the Stilus one help me out. I was holding out for a size Large as im about 170cm. I currently ride a Vitus Nucleus VR (Medium) and it fits ok but i had to cut the seat post down and even then its still a little low.

I'm 1,75m ad it fits perfectly in L. Also my wife (1,65) who got a Rockrider E-ST 900 in M fits on my Stilus. The frames are the same hight +- a few millimeters. i think you should hunt for an L frame. Good luck!

Spotted a tool kit in Aldi today (£24.99), pretty similar to the ones on Amazon that are about £40+. Obviously not up to Park Tool standard but the tools from Aldi are usually sufficient for an amateur like me! They also had some other bits and bobs in, I think someone was asking about panniers on here the other day (although it may have been on the Facebook group) so thought I’d mention it.

Hate to say this but I'm with Gary on this one, it's probably best just to buy what you need when you need it.
Always laugh when you see people buying these massive tool box's with 500 items in there thinking they have got themselves a good deal, when they get home and take a peak they find half of what they bought is imperial and the useful parts are metric ??
