Hi Chris, ok, got it! If You cannot send the file, could You please tell the latest firmware version file name, e.g. CRX10NC4813i142015.8-28-2230-20210805.bin? That would be great, as we can see what max Amps the firmware is providing. Thanks!

If you're talking about the E10 battery, be aware that the battery switch circuit is a major point of failure in this bike/battery combo if you get any sort of water ingress into where the pogo pins connect to the battery. Although if you live somewhere it never rains, it's just a standard push button latched switch

The switch comes with the frame if you buy it with a battery / motor, if you bought a frame from somewhere else it'll probably be missing the battery dock too, so it's custom battery time anyway with lots of different options for putting a battery off switch in.

Guys
i have found it, really i am blind :).There are 2 problem right now i have:
1.The connectors, especially display--motor are pain in the ass. This is not serious.
2.I have lost the keys.Do you know where to purchase a new lock with keys?I will ask Dengfu and Tosa, but any other source??

Yes. I dont have this port. Empty space
When I tried to replace mine, I couldn't find an exact one, but I think it's a 2.1mm DC jack with power on the centre pin. I've re-engineered mine to use an XT60 behind a TPU 3D printed flap now though as DC barrel jacks suck. This is however on the new version frame with the port on the side.

On my other frame with the DC jack above the motor, I blocked the hole on the top (it kept getting full of water), removed the battery on/off button and put a DC barrel jack in there instead with a snap on TPU cover. It worked fine, all I had to do was extend the charging cable up to the front end of the bike.

EDIT: forgot to mention if you remove the on/off button you'll need to either link the "ignition circuit" inside the battery to permanently on or tie the two wires for the switch together. I did the former as I live in a wet country and it glitched all the time due to the switch connection at the dock shorting in water all the time.

Are you kidding?!!

Your telling me that this thing now has 164mm (163.6363636216mm) of rear wheel travel!!!!!

Well, this will void my warranty 😅

Oh well!!!!

2-3mm gap between the seat tube and the upper bridge. So I'll mess around with offset bushes and see how I get on.

Granted, I'm not thrilled to be running the Rockshox Monarch RC3 as it is an outdated rear shock.

Although, my E22 is running a Fox Dpx2 which is equally outdated.

but it goes without saying that it can be done 👍🏿

The true test will be the huck-to-flat. So I reserve judgement as to 'whether the E10 can successfully be over-stroked'.

That looks quite dangerous, remaining gap between seattube and seatstay bridge of only 2-3 mm! I‘m running 216 x 63 on my E10 with one 2 mm offset bushing, there is more space, this is tested (including huck to flat) and approved over 2.300 km now. Good luck mate!

Go Rob, go! Cant wait for Your review! Please consider, when You start the engine wait for 30 sec with no pedal load before You start riding! Turned out to be important with the M510!
