The maximum power I saw on the screen is 545W

I would say thats a very good output for such a small light motor. If you want more then the M510 is waiting and even more then the M560. Quite a good range, if only Bafang would get all the Apps and BT control over the motor setting up to par with all the other manufacturers.

I drove М620, М500, M510. I like M820 more

Is it possible, that "rocky mode" - boost of 95nM is only available on 43V systems?
Considering, that Bafang is aiming 36V system for eRoad and 43V system for eMTB.

I'm even glad that 95N doesn't work. I need a lighter battery and it will last for a long time. I don't want to advise the seller. I have a 244 remote, but it should be 245.

I like how the M820 rides. It's not as powerful as the M510. But the M820 still helps well. When the M600 with the battery will weigh like the M820, I will buy the M600 again

That's a good point. I have the 36V motor on tap. Shoot, I'd be disappointed not to have it, but not a deal breaker.

Currently on my full-powered M600, I stay in trail-mode mostly, and then just do a quick turbo burst-mode through most of my terrain just to maintain flow! Just no HAB whenever possible!

Plus, this mid-powered M820-75 Nm is more of a "fitness" e-rig for me...bonus dropping 8-10 lbs from full-powered...so I'm expecting a little less PAS assistance overall, I will just adjust to reduced peak Nm....I'll survive with it!

On the M510 motor with a power of 70%, I drove 44 km, the battery is 12.6Ah 48V. I haven't driven the M510 engine at 100% for a long time, I specially tuned it to get used to the new M820.

Basically, you feel that 70% max of M510 motor = 100% max of M820?

And the M820/340 Wh battery yields 31 km/19.3 mi vs. bigger battery M510/ 700+Wh(?) yields 44 km/27.34 mi?

The M820 engine is noisier than the M510 engine. The noise of the motor is very clearly audible. The M820 motor is about 30% weaker than the M510. I didn't understand how to turn on boost 95N mode. I drove 29 km on a 360W battery at 100% power.

The maximum height above sea level is 383m. The road has about 7 ascents and descents of different heights.

Not quite, 1 gram costs 1 € , but the cranks fit perfectly, also the screws fit , only the Q factor is 12mm wider

The cranks make a solid impression, I think they will hold up. I weigh 85 kg and don't worry about it. And at my age it wouldn't be so bad with the best piece either

Just for curiosity, how to wire up LED light output to the M820 motor. Could not find any diagram. There is no separate LED light output plug in the motor.
