Hi @Amflow_Support
Yes I know all that but if I stop for a coffee, the bike turns itself off after 5mins or so, and ‘Stops’ the ride. I want to be able to resume the ride when I switch the bike back on so that I have one complete ride in the recording - when I upload to Strava.
Thank you for sharing your concern about the bike turning off too soon. In the General settings on your control display, you can choose to set the auto-off time to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour. This should help prevent the problem from happening again.

Can you give any more info on the spider tool. The lock nut appears to be 51-52mm diameter, and the diameter at the lug notches is 47mm.

This seems to match the spider tool for the Bosch Active Performance Line.
Unfortunately, we can't share the precise specs of our spider tool. If a customer uses non-official tools to remove the motor and it results in damage, the warranty might not cover it. We hope you understand.

Thank you, that’s a good idea, I’ll look into that but I’d actually like to be able to turn the bike off for security reasons if possible.
In an ideal world, I’d like a ‘resume’ button when I turn the bike back on.

Thanks for the reply, I will look into your suggestion.

Got it! Right now, there's no way for us to keep your cycling record going after you turn the device off. But I'll definitely let the team know your thoughts.

SUGGESTION - CHARGE RATE ADJUSTMENT - Would it be possible to add an option to manually select a slower charge rate? - the charger currently draws nearly 450Watts on 240v supply which is too much for a lot of portable power banks. It would be nice to optionally allow it to charge at a lower rate for more compatibility.

Got your need for better charging control. I’ll let the team know about it :)

@Amflow_Support:
What bearings are used in the rear hub? 3x in freehub, 2x in hub. Carbon Pro model, carbon wheels.
Please label and dimensions. Not listed in the manual and I don't want to take it apart first before I change them. I assume it's probably some common Chinese production and not quality like e.g. Enduro or similar?
Because, which is really hard to understand, after about 350km the bearings in the rear hub are noticeably worn and not running smoothly... It's really totally unacceptable to have to change the bearings after 350km... Very disappointing...
Anyone with similar experience?

Great thanks ... Also, I'm considering the DJI Power 1000 for bike park top ups ... Is there likely to be an adapter for the SDC port to charge the Avinox system? This would be better than converting to 240v for the bike charger and back again which can reduce power transfer efficiency to about 65%

I apologize for the experience you’ve had with the rear hub bearings. We are currently confirming the specifications you requested with our engineering team and expect to provide you with an update within 1-2 business days.

Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your understanding.

The DJI Power 1000 can indeed be used to power the Amflow bikes. However, regarding a specific adapter, we currently do not have that information available at this time.

We recommend that you may consult with a bike shop for assistance.

6903 x2 in the Hub shell & 6803 x3 in the freehub.
