Thank you for sharing your concern about the bike turning off too soon. In the General settings on your control display, you can choose to set the auto-off time to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour. This should help prevent the problem from happening again.
Unfortunately, we can't share the precise specs of our spider tool. If a customer uses non-official tools to remove the motor and it results in damage, the warranty might not cover it. We hope you understand.

This would be better than converting to 240v for the bike charger and back again which can reduce power transfer efficiency to about 65%Got your need for better charging control.
