Thanks a lot for all of your input! Apprecieted
Not one of my bearings in the frame spins freely. Also I have seen a couple of alignment issues between rear triangle and frame which damaged the shock.Dear EMTB Community and Orbea Wild riders (MY2023 onwards)!
I am sure I could find all the relevant information scrolling through couple of threads but I would like to spare that time and just ask you guys here.
Are there any major known issues for MY2023+ Orbea Wild bikes? Pivot issues, frame issues? Creaking headset routing? Cracked frames in know spots? Issues with warranty or customer service?
I am more curious about well known issues and problems rather just individual bad luck or an unfortunate case.
Thanks a lot in advance and have a great day,
Marcell
Sorry to dredge up old news but I’m looking at getting a medium and concerned about this very thing! I will need to put the shotgun seat adapter stem spacer on the bike and from what I’ve seen the forks will not clear the frame on a medium. Anyone have any confirmation or advice on this? Thanks for taking time to reply, I'm going to do a bit of investigation with my bike when the rain stops. I'm a medium but pretty sure the fork crown will hit my frame as I had a quick look the other day..... We'll see!

I have emailed orbea and the local distributor but still waiting to hear back.
Thanks very much for this. I definitely want an e bike to do some kids runs with so such a shame it rules this amazing bike out!The Shotgun stem spacer wont work with the Orbea because of cable routing through the headset. I tried it, didnt work out for me.
Yeah as sad as it is, this was one of the reasons I sold my Orbea on. My kids absolutely love the Shotgun seat! There are ways around the frame/fork issue with crown spacers etc but it's just a faff swapping everything (for me anyway). Thanks very much for this. Yeti 160e here I come

Epic!I use the kids ride shotgun seat with the Wild, you just need to add the universal headset adapter (SIC HS02-06).
Just be aware that the fork crown may hit the down tube on smaller frames. No issue on my XL.

Do you have any other front on/other side shots please? Just so I can show the shop how you’ve routed it.I use the kids ride shotgun seat with the Wild, you just need to add the universal headset adapter (SIC HS02-06).

I'll send you some close up shots tomorrow evening of how I've routed everything.D

Here's some shots of close up of the spacer set up. You can probably lose one of the 5mm spacer if your stem is a little longer (mine is 32mm long and 35mm clamp) but I'm tall with nakerd hands so need the height! I also have foam on the cables so they wouldn't be as in the way if you don't.D

** lazy post alert **
I need new headset bearings, what model are they
Cheers that's one end sorted.52x40x7-(45/45)
Orbea part number is XC50.
Get some decent bearings!
Is anyone running 200 mm rotors? I’ve just tried to fit one and seems that frame has 203 pm rear mount. This has to be one of the most annoying aspects of this bike. Basically you cannot run SRAM rear break without going for 220 rotors (correct me if I’m wrong).

This is from the “blue paper” seems pretty confirmed to me
I run a DHX2 coil shock and the external battery, you have to use the orbea powermore adapter plate which essentially moves the bottle cage bolts up a little to accommodate fitting the battery. I don't think it would fit without moving the bolts up.Any issues fitting the external battery with a DHX coil? I have just a cheap bottle cage but had to move it up from the top and bottom mounts to the top and center mount so the bottle doesn't rub on the reservoir.
Maybe battery issue if they call came from the same pack, but if from multiple sources I don't think it's the batteries. Are you sure the unit is connected after putting in the new battery? Maybe it's stuck in pairing mode?I've had an issue with my Bosch controller batteries dying recently I'm referring to the CR1620 batteries. I put a new battery in the controller shows green, by the next day the battery is completely dead. This has happened with about 5 different batteries from name brands such as Duracell.
Is there an issue with the controller, or is it really likely that I've had multiple failed batteries this quick.
The original battery lasted forever.
I had this problem of going through batteries from when the bike was new, had to get the remote warrantied in the end. Seems like it can be a fairly common problem with the mini remotes unfortunately. The replacement has been fine so far.I've had an issue with my Bosch controller batteries dying recently I'm referring to the CR1620 batteries. So I just purchased the PowerMore 250 external battery (live in US, had to buy from shop in Italy due to availability) along with the Orbea mounting hardware for my 2023 Wild.
Everything is due to arrive this week. Checked my Flow App and it shows the PowerMore Battery as a compatible component.
Hopefully I don't have any issues with battery being a Euro model and my bike is set up as a US.
Has anyone followed the same path or had any success with adding PowerMore 250 to a 2023 Wikd

From what I've read and a video review I watched , it pulls from both at the same time. Looks like if your main battery runs completely dry, you can connect PowerMore and even ride in boost.Let us know how it works out!
I get a good 2-2.5 hours of riding with the 750 battery which is about all i'm physically good for, but been thinking about either getting the extender for doing all-day trips with lunch breaks etc. I don't know if I want to go that route or maybe get a small generator or one of those Jackery batteries which are basically just big batteries you can plug things into made for camping. Thinking a 1000Wh would be big enough to recharge given the loss of AC/DC conversion.
Idea being ride for 2ish hours, hang out at the parking lot to recharge and eat lunch, or could even put back in the back of the truck and charge and go drive to get lunch somewhere, etc. then come back for another 2 hour ride. Anyone tried this setup?
Amazon has these on sale for $400 right now, I figure for a little less money than the extender that gets me another full charge and not having to ride with the extra weight, but of course that's with having to wait and charge vs. going the full distance.
When you use the extender does it drain the extender or the main battery first? Or does it pull from both at the same time? Can you select which one it uses first? IE. could you drain the extender then take it off an leave at the car then go back to riding?
Do you have a pic with the Ohlins TTX22m.2? Wild is not listed on Ohlins site that it fits. I emailed Ohlins but they have not gotten back to me.Sent email to Push a couple months back. No response on a shock for the ‘23 Wild. I’m running an Ohlins TTX22m.2.
