2022 Norco VLT Sight-Plastic Battery Compartment Issue

Removed the battery for the first time. What a beast. Turned the bike back over and heard something hit the ground. See pics. It was a curved plastic piece (one of two) that snapped off. When looking down the down tube, you can see the square, silver area where the piece belongs. NO idea how this happened
Has anyone had this issue? My concern is that it holds the battery in place and sure do not want it to rattle.

Well. Received the new part. The 3M adhesive strips will not stick inside the down tube. WORST DESIGN EVER!!! Planning on some closed cell foam and secure the battery that way. Terrible
