Levo Gen 2 2019 Turbo Levo Battery Failure?

Greetings everyone,

Does anyone recognize this behavior? Light won't turn off after charging the battery. I found it in this state and I don't know what to do, I can't find any troubleshooting documents to identify what's going in. Light are not blinking, they're just on all the time. Tried to connect to the motor and turn the bike on and it does not work. The charger shows green stripe as if the battery is fully charged. Any ideas?

Had the exact same thing, two months ago had to get new battery specialized gave me 30% off

I thought this might help but it doesn't have the right sequence! I'd speak to a dealer and see if they know. How far out of warranty is it?
