A friend of mine has a 2019 HT and the stock forks were Suntour XCM with straight, not tapered, steerer. He replaced them with Rockshox Recon RL from Chain Reaction, which have a tapered tube, meaning he needed to also replace the lower portion of the standard headset.
However, I suspect that...
The stock 27.5 rear wheel on my 2017 Expert Levo FSR has developed some play, I believe it uses DT Swiss internals, I recently replaced the bearings in the DT Swiss XD Freehub which were totally shot but there still remains some play, so I think the next step must be the wheel bearings.
To get...
makes you wonder what sort of stock control they've got when they find they've got a 2017 bike lying around. I'd sooner spend that money on a 2020 Comp (after cash discount)
Just a suggestion - no idea if it will work - but what if you try the restore factory settings function in Mission Control? I think it's top right on the Tune screen.

@MTBGUY65 - sorry, can't answer your question, but I'm curious as to why your 515wh battery usage is split into two: 380 + 135. Do you have two battery sources?
Hi @PaoloBLEvo
I've been doing some rides on my Levo with SmartPower&HR and enjoying seeing how economical it can be with the battery. However, I have a question about average consumption per mile.
On today's ride I did 24.86 miles consuming 110Wh of battery, 110/24.86 = 4.42 Wh/mile
The...
yeah, when you've been used to seeing battery health of 100% in Mission Control (which I think rounds to the nearest 10) it comes as a bit of a shock to see a significantly lower figure in Blevo!
My 2017 Levo shows 90% in both MC & Blevo after 80 charge cycles.
So if I've dropped 10% after 80...
is it a replacement for an out-of-warranty one? If so, have you asked Spesh for a deal under the Assisted Replacement Program? If it's an additional one then I think £750 is RRP Turbo Levo Battery w/ Rock Guard | Specialized.com
I don't know what margin the dealers get on these but worth giving...
I think that reflects the natural degradation of your battery through use. Mine says 458, and quotes a battery health of 90%, which I'm assuming it gets by dividing 458 by 504. Mine's done 78 recharge cycles.
you could contact these guys, but I suspect they will say no. Might be able to offer some helpful info though. How do I know if my battery needs re-celling? | Electric Bike Battery Repairs
might be a bit late now....... but I have read of UK cases where Spesh have replaced an out-of-warranty battery. However, I think it's probably only been done in instances where the owner is the original buyer, whereas I'm sensing that you bought yours second hand. I'm not aware of anyone in the...
Hi, and welcome to the forum, but please note that nobody should be riding at Cannock until further notice:
Re the battery problem - whereas the 2019 Levo has a reset feature via the TCU, I'm not aware of any similar documented feature on the 2017/18 Gen 1 system.
There's a similar problem...
