Levo battery question

Hi I have a Levo 2019 Blevo says that the battery capacity is 480 wh at full charge, is this correct? I thought that it was meant to be 504wh. Bike was bought new in December, and after 22 charges Blevo is also telling me that the battery heath is 96% seems a big drop in health in such a short time? Do I have an issue?

2019 models are now more than a year old and batteries age even if not used and you used it 22 cycles, so capacity 480Wh sounds about right ...

yeah, when you've been used to seeing battery health of 100% in Mission Control (which I think rounds to the nearest 10) it comes as a bit of a shock to see a significantly lower figure in Blevo!

My 2017 Levo shows 90% in both MC & Blevo after 80 charge cycles.

So if I've dropped 10% after 80 cycles, a 4% drop after 22 cycles does seem a lot.

I'm pretty sure Chris Reilly at Berkshire Cycles once told me that they could 'reset' battery health - it seems rather unlikely, and maybe I misunderstood him, but might be worth giving him (or your local dealer) a call to ask.

actually I've just checked on another bike - a 2019 Levo with 19 cycles which is showing 97% so maybe yours isn't unreasonable.

FYI, checked my 2019 after my ride today, bought Nov/Dec:

12 cycles
98% health
494Wh battery max
436 miles ridden to date
