I ride a Spectral CFR LTD and did not added extra frame protection. It is a bike. Scratches are memories. Mine has already some nice memories 😇 When you hit a big rock the frame protection is not protecting against cracks ;-)
I ride with the older AXS for 4 years and also with the new Transmission since the introduction on the two eMTB's.
Where I did destroy in the past some XTR deraillers. The last 3 to 4 years none (with the AXS/Transmission). Yes the old AXS deraillers on two bikes had quit a lot of scratches...
It was a deal braker.
Now two bikes (Spectral & Torque ON) with cable routing through the headset. Cleans up the cockpit. (Shifting & Dropper are AXS) It is not the hassle as I was thinking. For me no deal breaker any more. Next bike will be also through the head set :D
Cleaning up an...
Thanks for the suggestion.... The GoPro one is working fine fore me. This was a user error. Friend of mine did use it before. And I did not strap it tied enough. So GoPro was wiggling a bit ;-)
Home trails in Germany (Kleve). On my Canyon Torque during sunset. The trails are short But still fun. you get enough height meters when you combine all the small sections ;-)
Used a GoPro 12. Only the Chest Mount was not mounted well enough. The footage is not that stable 😇

Home trails...
Torque ON & Dirt Jumper had last week new (Magura) brake day. Today it was time for the Spectral ON CFR LTD. Set of Magura MT7 Raceline. Combined with Shimano XTR M9120 levers and Magura MDR-P rotors.
Now all bikes have the Magura Raceline setup 😇
Still some work to do... .Mount motor covers...
When I use the full potential of a 35 mph bike. Then I'm riding the wrong trails ;-)
Personally I do not experience any issues of the speed limitations of (25 kph / 15.53 mph)
I'm 180cm and have a size M. An L did feel to big for me.
I have a Torque ON and Spectral ON. Unfortunately my Torque ON is standing at the local bike shop. Problems with the EP8 motor. It shut its self down. It has 1100km on the clock. The Spectral ON (also EP8) has more than 5000km on the clock.
Using on my Canyon Torque On the Magura MT7 Raceline with SHIMANO XTR M9120 levers and Magura MDR-P 203mm rotors. This combination is working for me.
On the Canyon Spectral ON I use the SHIMANO XTR M9120 brakes. With 203mm XTR rotors. Also working fine. Only thing that I somehow cracked my...
Riding for a while with Magura MT7 Racine calipers with Shimano XTR levers. Recently I did a refresh on my Canyon Torque ON.
I received a new set of MT7 Racline with Magura MDR-P 203mm rotors for the Spectral ON. Now to find some time to mount them on the bike.
Also received a set of MT8...
Yes the tools on the list will also work with 12sp. This what two ppl from SRAM told me. Some tools I tested my self like the Park Tool chain breaker 3.3
Setup calculator for ?
* rear suspension (air or coil shock)
* fork ?
I did found my information in the user guide hout to setup my coil shock (TTX22M2). Only thing I need to figure out is the right spring rate for my desired sag..
I had the same thing when I did hear the introduction prices. I did get the Transmission begining of januari for testing. Just before the introduction and after a few rides I did found a few reasons for my self. That wanne switch to the new Transmission.
Especially shifting under load did feel...
Had SRAM XX1 AXS with Shimano XTR cassette, chain, chainring. Worked very nice together. When I compare it with SRAM Transmission on my two eMTB's. Then I will chose the Transmission above all. Easy to install especially on bikes with a rear chock. Also no issues any more with bend or broken...
Al those calculators are for indication. Unfortunately the can not give an exact number. Those calculators are not taking in account the bike character. Or personal riding preferences ;-)
Yes there are bike brands that created their own calculator for specific bike. These are doing a better...
