I had so much bad luck with saints I gave up on them. The masters would always leak at that gold circular fitting and shimano refused warranty on both pairs the bastards. I ended up plugging the holes with pedal pins that fit lol. Didn't leak after that but were never the same.
I run the hayes...
Right? The rear end moves if you breathe on it with a coil and bearings.
That shock eye sees a lot of rotation when the main link does its thing so bushings are a bad idea. Yours came loose even after being torqued to 16nm eh?
Mine came with a rock shox super ultimate with cheese that has...
Finished the spring refresh the other day. Got some new wolftooth fat foamies slid over the old sdg lock on grips. Almost went with a stink/pink combo but decided on straight pink in the end.
I then righted a wrong thats been bugging me by getting some black cranks back on there. 155mm black...
Pictures of fixes that shouldn't have worked but did.
About a third of the way into our ride Wes cracked a rim on my lender bike and it wouldn't hold air anymore. While I laughed at him he proceed to wrap the area in electrical tape, threw on a couple zip ties and somehow we finished the ride...
I rode my skinny bike all the way into January and then was riding it in February with skinny studded tires..... In northern Ontario Canada... Thats just unheard of.
The fat tires have taken a shit kicking this season, lots of exposed, sharp rock that would usually be covered in snow is just...
One of my biggest regrets is spending a boat load of money on a dream build muscle bike 6 months before I bought an ebike. Still a great bike but I literally rode it once last summer... It serves as a lender bike now because I didn't have the heart to sell it.
Regular bikes are just boring now...
Try taking off the rear wheel and universal derailleur hanger, clean and grease the hanger where it meets the frame and grease the rear axle as well. That area is where I had my mystery creaks.

Honestly, I can't really tell.. The bike rides pretty mint as a whole and I would throw the link on again but you'd have to do a side by side comparison to try and discern the subtle changes it made.
In my opinion, a good coil shock with bearings on the link end made the biggest difference in...
Started out with 70/140psi in the fork/runt, wasn't getting full travel so I dropped it down to 60/120. Feels better and I was using more travel on the short little test rip in the neighborhood. Have to remember to bring the shock pump with me next ride so I can mess with it some more.

Its a good idea to have 2 rear shocks if youre gonna ride a bunch. I prefer the coil to the air shock but every time the coil needs a rebuild and I throw the air shock on it feels better than I remembered it.

Got a DSD Runt for the Zeb installed this week. Still have to play with pressures a bit but it feels good. Also got a poo brown Chromag trailmaster bolted on.

Messed around with the bike a little this week. Threw the summer wheels back on, mounted a new poo brown chromag trailmaster saddle and installed a DSD Runt air cartridge thingie in the Zeb. Have to play with air pressures in the fork a bit but it's nice that the bike feels like its supposed to...
Managed to lose the back cover or bezel that goes around the power switch on my ride today... Any chance someone has one stashed away?
Located in Ontario Canada.
Thanks in advance!

I'm weird. I tend to ride right foot forward but if the rider in front of me is riding left forward I find I ride left forward too... I guess I'm ambifooterous?

No worries man. The Amygos chainstay thingie just clips on. You could put double sided tape on the back but I just 3m taped under it so it wouldn't scratch things up. This way you can remove it and give the stay a wipe down
The Amygos diaper is pretty useful if you hit your motor often. Its...
