For a different perspective on Australia, I only saw two this year and one was in a wood pile at a campsite, which is about typical. This is in Victoria, where there are plenty of them. There are always tales of snakes getting caught up in wheels, but usually they avoid humans. They just...
Mitsubishi has a ten year warranty but car companies have a huge $ reserve and decades of development. EMTBs are really new. They should still adhere to modern appliances laws and standards.
It sucks but is so common in the bike industry. Lots of us remember all the months of outrage before SRAM admitted its brakes were rubbish and finally rolled out a recall and replacement program, more than once. I still had to pay for the bleeds $70 too. the silence, rumour and denial are...
Last update of Garmin or the ebike field app? I'll hold off updating my garmin if it wrecks ebike field. It's worked fine on my 130 and 530 for months so far.
+ gear cable, tyre repair patches (never used in 8 years though) basic first aid (band aids, swabs, bandage), space blanket. I don't take the plier tool or screwdrivers. Edit and a couple of co2s and a pump.
That gap is a real design problem and has been for years. I pad it out with two bits of closed cell foam cut from a sleeping mat so stones, sticks and mud don't jam it up.

White logo only comes from the factory on new bikes, after tat you have to buy yellow.
Points 2 and 3 are common; the battery gets stuck at 99% and it doesn't matter really, although it bugged me at first. You do have to take it off to reliably fully charge. There are lots of posts on it here. All the brands have some sort of issue but the Giants have been solid (so far after a...
300 miles? Unless you ride in sand, that's hard to imagine. My Deores and GXs have lasted 3 to 4 times that. What is your cleaning and chain rotation like>
The paint on Giants isn't great now (though it is pretty) and t's 99.9% just that. Even if it is frame damage, Giant have a lifetime warranty on frames. I've had all sorts of bikes fail including Norcos, which were the worst actually.
