I just put mine in to US mode and the difference is quite stark. I can now power to 20mph and hit jumps in short run ups. I also notice the power tapers 18.5-20mph In EU mode its like a brick wall at 15.4mph The limit in EU is way too low.

I think the YT should be ok the the motor looks well covered like its tucked up in to the frame. The bottom is foamed but I think the wires run along the top. I think some foam is good idea around the battery where it meets the frame though I've seen some people do that.

I'm not even sure how that would happen on the decoy? Looks like a different angle so should not be an issue and well covered?

Is that a half size flow rider? Im pretty good on the Royal Caribbean ship ones. Mountain biking is easy compared to learning how to ride that thing.
