It’s to do with the points awarded, if you upload a custom avatar you get 50 points which gives you well known, if you create an album it gives you another 50 and you become an epower master.
I think we get different colours in Australia this replaces the berry one and the black continues for the Comp Carbon.

I found that when I set it to use range extender first there was a few minute period where the bike went into a low power mode when it was going flat and trying to switch over, typical it was right at the start of a climb. I have now put it back to use both at the same time.
