Where gravel comes from
There are at least 4 gravel pits across the road from me and I call this ride the Pit Loop.
Don't get too upset about the elevation....but it is at least half that according to my other device
Every bike needs a bell! However it really helps if the other trail users understands what it means.....I was riding in a known to be cycling friendly town a few weeks ago on their MUP system and it was the first time I had thought that the people were savvy and would move to the right and not...
In the spirit of the above regarding washing stations......
I keep it pretty simple with just a hose end spray nozzle and a nice view. Trick is to get it while its snot not buggers so a quick wash after every ride keeps it up to my definitely different than most on here's bike"s clean standards.
Where I live here on the OR coast there are still some old growth trees around but plenty of new growth ones also making for great opportunities for forest bathing
Completed for the most part a new trail section today lots of sword ferns were hurt by Mr. McLeod. Nothing like fresh brown pow, now for the fun part.
I figure to put a plank into that tree crotch for a little air time addition as the landing is good and maybe even one on the other side for...
If I was you I would concentrate on the battery/enclosure as it is to me the most innovative part of that bike and would be relatively easy to fit to other like models rather than the Hailong style ones and way more stylish. I'd be your first customer!
DIY ++++(y) The cleanest BBSHD conversion I have ever seen for sure. The same weight as a Flyon, it's hard to hide a big motor's windings and large wh batteries from the weight wienie genie!
Only in states that have adopted the Class laws put forth by the industry lobbying People for Bikes. My state, Oregon, hasn't yet and hopefully doesn't quite frankly. I might add that the limit for "Scooters" here is 25mph and that is what we are trying to get the state to adopt for eBikes...
Looks like a pivot at the base of the seat tube to me? The whole rear triangle moves with no Horst link thingie. I didn't really study the one I saw that much but it was an odd looking bike overall I felt.
That was meant to be 40kmh as I referenced 50kmh previously. So 22 to 24mph is my comfort zone for speed/range on the road which is beyond the 20mph limiter here in the US.
Nice bike there OP!
That is exactly why I use a throttle on my e gravel bikes with no PAS and limiter crap. Don't have to go any faster than 50kmh but it is nice to have on tap, mainly I cruise around in lower to mid 40's.
I use front hub Direct Drive's also for the 2wd effect and have had 0...
An old/young buddy of mine had one in his to test pile, he is a test editor for a magazine platform. His main ride is the S-Works SL that he had just got together with last year when I saw him. Let's just say he loves the SL....
Speaking of Specialized he had a Gen 3 Levo to test also and had...
Wasn't a big fan of the twist grip when it first came out but have had one the last 10yrs, SRAM XO 10spd, and now I wouldn't do without it. Cable tension/friction keeps it from shifting without purpose and I am not sure how sensitive the electronic version might be and cause issues but I have no...
Depends on the battery SOC, if it doesn't do it when fully charged that is normal if it does it when you are below 40% charge you are asking too much of it as the voltage will sag and not provide enough juice for turbo.
