It reads like a cash injection to increase production/accelerate development with the high demands for e-bikes recently. So Cairngorm has no tech knowledge to add with the bikes but will be keen to influence the strategy on what kind of bikes and where they are promoted I guess.
Cairngorm Capital came on board last year, so yes there have been some changes, hopefully positive.

Same with mine - no o-ring and it has the SRAM chainring with no recess for one, so not sure it would work to fit one anyway. I check mine regularly but it's never come loose.
You used to put tiny o-rings on the shaft of darts to stop them undoing, so maybe there is something in it 🤔
Ta. Yes, once the front is undone, it pivots down a bit. Still a bit tight for a torque wrench though when putting it back on. One downside of a shock extender I guess, dead easy on the other bikes.
Time for a bit of TLC for my rear shock. Had a look last night, the rear shock mount doesn't have enough clearance for a wrench/socket. Does the yoke have to come off too or have I missed something 🤔
I'll leave it until I'm at the bike shop for something else usually. I guess if there was a showstopper issue that they'd fixed I'd make a special trip. My Bosch is several versions behind but working well.
I still reckon it would be too much hassle for me, my winter riding is wet chalk, which would clog any mudguard down there very quickly. So I put up with the water and mud all over the linkage+shock+motor. No probs yet, 2nd winter.
Looking at the position of your pad spring, your outside pistons are sticky so pulling the brake on is pushing the rotor to the left, until it touches the caliper mount?
I use one of these to get sticky pistons moving in Codes/Guides.

I'd say it's < 2mm on mine, nearer 1mm. You mean the gap between the adapter and the rotor? I run my pads as close as poss so much closer than the gap to the adapter.
Is it rubbing all the way round the rotor or just one point?
I've put a bit of tape under that hose. Noticed this very early on with my e160. Just keep an eye on it and replace it (the tape!) when it wears through.
Ignoring it works for me. Well, I let it dry and brush the worst off. And yes, the seat/chainstays take a bit of a beating. Sticks and stones get picked up.
If it's not clicking, then I suspect it's not connecting properly, so you could be sucking air in. Is it the SRAM kit? I had a cheap one that didn't work too well. The seal on the connector can get damaged too.
I prefer the older design on my REs TBH. Simpler.
Hope you all get better soon. Managed to avoid it so far, which is good as we both have health issues. The rest of the family is not so lucky though. My nephews brought it home from their school, so going through their family this week. Other sister had the same. Have another sister who's a...
