The smallest Pole ever? Voima K0 as small as possible ;)

Is there any paticular reason that convinced you not to go with the Intend rear shock?

    Voima Fork Discussion

Thanks for info on RRT. Very helpful. Another option is to change the wheel travel from 200 to 180 or 190mm. This way I would gain 10 to 20mm for the angle headset, if I end up needing it.

    Voima Fork Discussion

I am talking about the K2 scenario. With regards to Rulezman, could you tell more about this crown and your general experience with getting stuff from him? . I quite like the RRT treatment for Dorado but was not able to get the pricing. The price-list link on his website does not work.

    Voima Fork Discussion

@MarPec - did you end up with Dorado? It seems Dorado for the 29er has the max 138mm of the cuo to cup distance.

Pole Internal Gear Transmission /MGU Integration Thread

I have been an early adopter of Pinion internal gearbox. I am not sure when it was first introduced but I committed to this design in late 2015. For me, the acid test was this: which established bike manufacturer has adopted this solution. It was Nicolai which was one of the first early...

Pole Internal Gear Transmission /MGU Integration Thread

Very interesting video compaison between belt and chain experience on the same Zerode bike. First seen on this discussion on our very forum: Gearbox EMTB's that you can buy (+IGH bikes)

Pole Internal Gear Transmission /MGU Integration Thread

I think the key issue here is finding a suitable belt tensioner. I think the reason for it is a lock of options for belt tensioner. There is one for Pinion (PINION Riemenspanner BT1 Gates CDX Art.Nr. P8555) but I am not sure if the mounting hardware would be a straight fit for the two bashguard...

Pole Internal Gear Transmission /MGU Integration Thread

@slickrock I have found a very interesting step-by-step hands-on guide on installation of a thru axle bike. I hope this would be of you when you start with your Rohloff conversion (if you choose this particular hub make)...

Pole Internal Gear Transmission /MGU Integration Thread

Hi Slickrock, Thank you for separating this discussion - brilliant idea. Hopefully this will become a good source of info for those interested in internal hubs. I have done some digging on Kinderlay Hub. There are two options: 14 gear version with a range of 548%, and 7 gear version with a...

    Pole Voima 190mm Travel EMTB

Hi, I am super excited in this project. I used to have bike with Rohloff and I liked it a lot. Now I have a Pinion equipped bike and I like it too. On my future Pole bike I would like to have an internal gear system. Ideally I would love to have a Voima frame with Pinion MGU but nobody know if...

    Pole Voima 190mm Travel EMTB

Hello, out of interest, did you mean fitting the Rohloff E14 Speedhub A-12 and Gates belt into the Pole frame? I am asking as this is something I would like to do in the future but I have not found anyone who has done it already. I am a big fan of internal drive trains but I accept that Pole...
