While that is not optimum as shown I doubt it is a structural failure in the making and sealant should seal it up. You can certainly take it back to the shop though to see what they say?
For those that have UART M620 motors, either 48v or 52v (highly recommended btw via GBK) here is a good base of understanding on programming: Ultra Tuning: Master Thread -- Start Here!
Take your time and you should end up with a proper tune. Worked for me!
Overlap the rim tape at the valve hole and use a sharp pointed knife puncture the valve hole in an X pattern rather than trying to make a round hole for it?
It does take a few miles of "break in" for the grease to take full effect I've found. I've had M620's apart enough times to know that it would be hard to mess up putting the internal gears back in correctly?
Just listened again and now get that the first part was pedal only and the second via...
Doesn't sound normal to me. I don't recommend using a "ton of extra grease" . A few tablespoons of John Deere Cornhead grease has made mine virtually silent. Not sure what the clicking sound is though as even with the minimal stock grease the two motors I've had never sounded like that?
OK so the DH dirt has settled on an appropriate champ for the year. But still on the table are a few other MTB related jersey's?
8/9 there are the XC eMtB champs for a starter. A few years ago Tom Pidcock won the jersey in a mud fest. He will be in attendance this year but not sure if he is...
Weather is a factor for sure....that announcer is getting on my nerves.
Global warming isn't a thing in Scotland obviously.
So cool to see Atherton bikes go 1/2 on home soil! Take that big brands.
Now on to the eBike races.
Just about any bike sold in the USA with a Bafang M500 will be unrestricted. Several FS models available from the likes of LUNA, FLX and Bikes Direct to name a few.
Although I have moved on to an integrated system eBike if I was going to do a DIY build I would still use the TSDZ2. My son that lives in B.C. is on a bike with one I gifted him and loves it. He uses it to access remote fishing spots.
Fir and Hemlock needles are flat and the Hemlocks have white stripes on one side so according to this blow up it does exhibit as Hemlock?

Another interesting aspect here are the dark spots in the rings that signify...
Yeah exactly that time period, Fournales brand from France. Converted for use with 29" wheels by taking out the stock bottom part and putting in new ones 35mm longer. Rode them for quite a few years actually and still have a set in the shed but am more into 150mm travel these days :giggle:
I've never owned a restricted bike and if I ever come across someone on the road I always offer to give them a pull. But pacelining and pelotoning makes me nervous and why I mainly ride off road.
