The fact it has 162 signatures tells us that either the majority don't know a out this, or don't care. I could make a petition to make Apricots the national fruit of England and get more that 162 signatures 🤣🤣🤣
You'd be surprised, last time i rode Dyfi i was with the Athertons, Kerr, Dunne, Partland, Seagraves etc on busses all day... You don't see anyone on the trails, unless you want to. You take 30s for a gap in front and it's desolate behind you... BPW is the same even with more people and bigger...
I ride with my boy who's still at school so can only be when he's not at school. Well, i say 'ride with' that's a very loose term these days as we're very very different levels of skill
A good start is "you do me, i'll do you"
Using that logic, i'll follow you :)
My lads is @weeksy08 and yes it's all MTB related.
A lot of people pick a similar genre and then 'follow' all of the likers, like 200 at a time. Then as you follow them, they'll often refollow you to get more on...
My plan was to Eeb it this weekend as my lad is there with team/coach, so i was flying solo. But then a mate jumped on it who's on his manual, so i got the uplift. TBH i don't mind it at all, i've done it dozens of times.
Depends what you like and ride.
BikeParkWales is epic and has everything from blue to double-crazy
Places like Rogate, Windhill, Tidworth are more jumpy.
Slate is the predominant thing at Antur Stiniog, Dyfi similar and crazier, then Fort William is rocks, boulders and crazy.
Forest of Dean is...
I'm perfectly happy with the limiter... When i want to go faster in traffic, i just use power of my legs instead.
Basically if you're implying that a 25kph limit isn't safe, then you're implying all manual bicycles are not safe either ? Both though can exceed it for a fair chunk of cyclists...
The Orbea Rise isn't in the pic.... but it was there doing uplift and pit duties all day :)
Race win for the lad in the 100% race yesterday.
