motors are not cheap, but they're far from ridiculous, especially when you think of the price of other components.
A EP8RS motor is the same price as a set of Fox 38 for example, you wouldn't sell your bike because your forks broke, you'd buy new forks. A decent 12 speed chain, cassette, twice...
I'd love to have more time this year to explore stuff like that, but we're coming back on Monday to Berkshire and heading to Champery on Tues... Going to be a long week that !!! Although we're staying in Morzine for 10 days to help break it up a bit.

I've not seen much of him, but have read lots about his speed. There's a LOT of speed coming through at the moment that's for sure. He'll have his work cut out with the talent about. George MAdley, Til Alran, Max Alran to name a few.
Good point yes... but i'd have kept it safe anyway for sure.
The Cascade is an interesting option and something i'd deffo go down if this doesn't resolve the situation well enough.
I can't hit that one for sure, it's a sketchy run in to it as well as a tree stump right where i'd land.. (he goes longer).. but he's a LOT more skilled than me.
