As per title is there a shifter that I don't have to use my thumb for? It quite often gets sprained when I have an off & takes months to heal. Then when it heals it happens all over again.
I currently have to take my hand off the bar & push with my forefingers. Current setup is SLX 12 speed but...
From the little information I read in that article it sounds like that's just what it is. TBH I don't really know if emtb-lite actually works on my bike as without the turbo kick feeling you get in emtb it feels relatively the same while riding. Then again maybe that's the idea of it.
Interesting. All my technical climbing involves climbing roots. I've found anytime I'm off the saddle the back wheel spins. I'm working on my seated climbing attack position. I'm really impressed how well these things climb - reminds me sometimes of a tank climbing up the side of a building
I like this guys approach to helping injury less stretching- more muscle strength.
I do the exercise at 4:30 every time I feel tight hip flexors without weights & find immediate relief. He talks fast like an infommercial so you have to listen quickly.

It's never occured to me that there would be bikes that wouldn't charge with the battery in? I assumed they were all like the Rail.
In hindsight after having a rattly battery & only taking it out a handful of times I'm not sure if having the easy battery removal like the Rail would be that...
