Is it possible to put one of their higher level dampers in that fork?

    Rockshox 35 stiction

"you didn't expect them to send you back a custom damper for your weight did you? " Is that an option? If so, I probably would happily pay to do that.

    Rockshox 35 stiction

How do you know what color my decals are? LOL. You do seem to have all of the answers so you must be right. I get it now. Shit fork, I weigh too much. It is a retail fork BTW as it is for sale at any bike retailer. They are on line for $499. I guess I shouldn't have expected Sram customer...

    Rockshox 35 stiction

Haha! Good answers. "They" is Sram warranty repair. Are you sure that you don't work for Sram? You gave the exact answers that they gave. I will disagree with you on one point, I think I should have gotten back the same color fork. It is what it is though. And yes, I did take up my...

    Rockshox 35 stiction

I had the same issue, along with feeling like the rebound damper was crap, so I send them in for warranty repair. They ended up replacing the entire lower legs. According to Sram, the bushings were out of tolerance causing the stiction. Not sure why that would require swapping out the entire...

    Trance 2020 brake swap issues

Silly question but will the old brake line not work with the new brakes? Different diameter?

How can I check the mileage, without taking the bike to a dealer?

The Ride Control app doesn't show mileage. If it does, I sure don't see it. It sure would be useful info to most.

    Trance 2020 brake swap issues

I would say no. Cranks and motor are one unit so should drop out together.

    Trance 2020 brake swap issues

I personally have not done this but I have seen where others have, and yes you will need to drop the motor. IIRC you dont need to completely remove the motor, just swing it out of the way.

Fox Float DPS Rear Shock - Air Volume Spacers

I have the opposite problem as you, I am 250 lb and the shock bottoms out. I just ordered the kit so I will be increasing the size of the token/spacer. On the fork, I had the same issue that you are having with the shock and had to remove a token/spacer. It looks like I will need to remove...

Has anyone bought an Ebike without riding one ?

I purchased an e-beach cruiser prior to buying my Giant Trance E+2 so even though I did not ride the Giant until after ordering it and receiving it, I had an idea what it felt like to ride an e-bike. Yes, I would say I was hooked from the off. My wife was as well. Really, anyone that I know...

    E2 Pro Brakes

As your pads wear, your lever moves closer to the bars. You can adjust that distance and the lever travel on our brakes. It is not tool less as some of the Shimano brake levers but you can adjust with a hex wrench.

Raceface should work as long as you get the crank for ISIS spindle.

Bent crank arm! Need replacement ASAP. What are my options?

I bent mine as well and ended up getting the Praxis Alloy which is exact replacement for OEM Alloy cranks on the Giant Trance. Price was right at $65. ALLOY ISIS eCrank - Praxis Works

    SpeedBox 2 for 2019 Giant

I did this on my E +2 Pro and it certainly works. All you need is a security torx bit and a magnet. I simply stuck the magnet to the crank and moved the sensor forward and to the underside of the swingarm. I didn't even have to cut the wire tie. I was able to pedal to 25 mph. You run out of...
