Thank you, the shop was talking about a loom, first step will be try their charger when my bike is below 60% see what happens, It has been perfect for 9 months of charging etc only recently started doing iy, not end of world but its not right that is for sure, shop is local and really helpful so...
My range is good its about elevation rather than range for me i can hit 4500 feet offroad on a battery when riding with friends power use not so different, i'm having the partial charging issue but working through that with the shop as long as i get 100% in there i'm about done before battery is.
I have the part charging issue currently going through potential causes with bike shop going to take a little while to fix i think will see how it goes, I have a WiFi power/energy plug I can see when it hangs as there is only a couple of watts being drawn from charger so i can switch off and on...
I have an issue where my bike will not charge to 100% its a 20222 Reign with the 625 battery I have the 6A charger and it will charge to 60% if i press that mode.
BUT If I want to charge to 100% while on the bike it will not get there just sort of stops drawing power, I have it on a energy...
I bought them fitted them, the functionality was horrific so they went back, they defaulted to full power whenever i switched the bike on, and as other pointed out with the 2022 controller you have to reprogram a button for lights meaning i lost walk assist which was a no go, shame the supplied...
I have a 2022 Reign E+3 and was looking at the Recon Front light to go with my Magicshine 4500 that i can move to my helmet ?
Has anyone installed one of thease lights on a 2022 Giant Reign (I assume Trance is the same) How hard is it to access the connector ?
Did you fit the light yourself, how easy is the cable routing and where in the bike is the connector, thinking about getting one of thease for the bike and moving my magicshine 3500 to my helmet :)
I always recharge bike to 60% ASAP and leave it at 60 till before i ride, I sort of know what battery discharge profiles look like, but I would expect a bike manufacturer to know a lot better and you think they would be able to program the reported level to match a discharge curve so you can get...
Surely the reported % is not the actual SOC of the battery but should be useable % remaining ? I thought it would be like driving a car empty you still have an amount of fuel left in the tank you just do not use it.
If that is the case i can work with it I treat 10% as empty but giant should...
I have a Reign E+3, on a few occasions i have run the battery to or close to dead and have noticed something, I Use A Garmin with accurate % readout, but from about 10% the battery seems to deplete quite quickly about twice as fast as it does through the rest of the battery charge.
I have done...
I'm on a medium and have shorter legs so the 150mm is fine (could do with a slightly longer dropper now as it came with 125 not 150), i went to a 34mm praxis front ring and think its the perfect compromise, for me at least and i'm really happy with how it feels.
I had no clearance issues with mine and actually found due to what I thought was the profile actually found heel clearance to be better with the Miranda it’s probably a personal thing but don’t even notice that they are shorter, I did go to a slightly smaller 34 tooth chain ring.
I have not been to a lot of parks I really enjoyed it myself, well worth a visit IMO the uplift was quite slow which was not an issue for me as i was riding up.
Very happy with them did 38 miler today some technical and hardly ant pedal strikes, my legs hurt after but i had done 5500ft of climb at the bike park on thursday so that may have something to do with it, I actually think the profile of the Miranda is better allowing for show shape, will be...
I spotted some Miranda 150mm Crank arms on Amazon UK for £40 thought it was worth a look, I have my chip in the high position but think i prefer the feel of low except i was getting a lot of pedal strikes so wanted to try shorter arms see if i could get a good compromise.
The Miranda Delta also...
Just picked up a Reign E+3 love it have been back riding MTB for 18 months or so and got in to Enduro/DH for the first time last september, decided i wanted the E to session trails and keep ahead of the younger guys for as long as i can :).
